Newly renovated and a fully stocked kitchen to allow for great dining, including granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The Dolphin Cay building offers direct beach access and a large community pool.

Location location location. Great family vacation on the beach…steps to the sand and 10 min walk to bars and restaurants. What more could you ask for? Big enough for a family of 5 and all the amenities that you could hope for. Definitely recommend for a beach getaway.

Thanks for your feedback. We’re sorry the cleanliness and maintenance weren’t up to standard, housekeeping can always return upon request, and those issues have since been resolved. The WiFi concern was due to a power surge resetting the router to factory settings without our knowledge, but it’s now fixed. We appreciate you letting us know.

Highlights of the condo, was for start the entry, where you can leave your beach shoes in the entry way. The unit was clean and had everything that we needed. Food stores where in a mile or few away. the Beach was beautiful and restaurants were in walking distance. The only thing that would have been nice is curtains over the blinds, as the sunrise was beautiful, but it was bright.

We liked the condo! The location, and that it was a small complex was great!! The only things we didn’t like was the couch was very hard, master bedroom furniture was not clean at all! It was sticky!! The dryer wire lint trap was messed up and it picked our clothes! We couldn’t get a golf cart, and the pool light shined in our bedroom all night!! With all that being said we did have a great time despite the others and we would rent it again! Thanks

Better than described!

1st thing we noticed as we opened the screen door is that there was a nice little vestibule area. It had a bench with cubbies underneath it. Perfect for storing your shoes,etc. It helped minimize tracking sand inside the condo. It smelled so fresh & clean once inside the unit (which is kinda hard to do at the beach). Everything was as pictured & even better. Very comfortable beds with fresh clean linens. Spacious closets. Plenty of storage in the bathrooms too. We were surprised to find all of the streaming services offered. Tvs easy to operate with the little instructions that were provided. Excellent internet connection. Great kitchen. We were happily surprised to find a teapot & a pod coffee maker. There was even a full bin of icecubes in freezer. The private balcony was the best! We practically lived on it during our stay. Very comfy elevated Adirondack chairs. Super easy access to the pool & beach. Another pleasant bonus was the public outside shower to rinse yourself & equipment off. Parking was good too & not too cramped as we've encountered at other rentals. We appreciated the extra fans too as the afternoon & early evenings really heated up the place. My only suggestion is to upgrade the description of the property because its better than described! Also it states there is a washer/dryer, but there is none! This did not impact us in a negative way, but it could definitely affect some travelers. Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach place with us!
