That Patio Life is a GREAT Prescott property for a family! The patio and backyard are a true highlight--open, expansive, room to run, and neat as a pin.The interior living spaces are very clean, orderly, and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and modern. We love the gas range!The only tiny critiques we have:The master bedroom night stands a tiny, and the master bath shower does not have a shelf.

Although we didn’t bring our dog, we will next time! Pet friendly yard and all property. Sparkling clean, well stocked with everything one would need. Safe neighborhood and conveniently located to downtown and recreation areas. Owner has thought of all that would make a home away from home.

A wonderful property. Close to everything. One of the best we have ever stayed in. The grill is outstanding and the patios and yard are a Wow. We would love to be able to stay here again. Definitely a 5star property.

Amazing House! So clean and comfortable! Tastefully decorated, large patio out back which we enjoyed sitting under and grilling as it rained one night. Every detail is thought of, down to a brand new sponge at the sink. Provided a book with events, hiking and restaurants in the area. Very informative. We will go back here for sure! Also, just opened a wine & tapas bar down the street. My husband and I walked down there several times, so convenient.

Wonderful weekend here for a family member’s celebration of life. Our adult children were with us, plenty of room, clean and lots of fun things to do on our down time. We will be back.

Wonderful stay in Prescott

Our family with kids and grandkids were in town for a wedding. We really enjoyed the open layout and wonderful backyard and patio living areas. The house was stocked well and we didn't need anything. We'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Biking hiking and dining

Even better than listed. The patio and back yard were awesome. It was a little cool to maximize their use. Arron was instantly ( well almost) responsive. There is great hiking, mountain biking, dining and even pickleball in Prescott. If we get the opportunity to return, this would be the place. It is centrally located and great for pets.

Great place!

We’ve stayed in several places in Prescott, since our son goes to university there and this was our favorite! Great, clean, comfortable place with really enjoyable fenced in outdoor areas in front and back. We will definitely stay here again!

Great stay

This property was wonderful. It was the cleanest rental home we have ever stayed in. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable. The big TV in the living area was great to watch shows on. The fenced yard is large, our dogs enjoyed wandering around out there. There is a big covered patio to take in the views of the valley below and the surrounding area. It is on a quiet cul de sac, but with easy access to a main road which leads to downtown and other areas in Prescott.

Perfect place to stay

Everything was as advertised and close to our event venue. Enjoyed the ping pong table along with the comfortable amenities. Host book had great information. The only complaint (if any) is there wasn’t a Guest Log to sign and see where others visited from.

Our Stay in Prescott

After a 7 1/2 hour drive I and my husband pups along with our father in law and mother in law. It was so nice to walk in and see a beautiful clean home. Aaron is very kind and accommondating as well. We had a wonderful time on our 20 year anniversary. Tried to take in as much as we could. Love the mountian biking and hiking as well. The Trip to Williams is so worth it and the train to the grand canyon as well. My husband and I cannot wait to return again to Prescott and would love to stay again in Aaron VBRO. You will not be dissappointed staying there. Thank you again Aaron for making our 20 year anniversay memorable time. The Drakes

That Patio Life

This is a wonderful property in a great neighborhood. The property is beautiful & its surroundings are natural & serene. We had 3 large dogs with us, who could NOT have been happier, as the entire property is fenced & private. The interior is modern, welcoming, & they have everything you might need if hosting a group. Aaron was responsive, the check in process was seamless. This is a GREAT VRBO!!!

The home was well stocked and clean. The beds were comfortable. The patio and back yard are super. We would defiantly recommend. A big plus is the manager responds immediately.

Fantastic property!

Beautiful home in a great location. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a great ping pong table room. The oversized yard has entertaining space, a bbq, fire pit and views. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect place for 3 generations to play and reconnect.

A great floorplan! Kitchen island enabled enables everyone to help cook. Table seating 6 was the conversation and game playing hub. Ping pong captivated our teenage grandson. Great room couch comfy and a relaxing hang-out. All appliances in excellent condition. Prescott is beautiful. Would highly recommend hiking the boulder shoreline of nearby Watson lake. Thank you to our host for his interest in making our stay perfectly memorable.

Great set up for a family and pet. Front and back yard are fenced. Very clean inside with comfortable beds. Ping pong table is fun too! Fully stocked kitchen.
