Beautiful luxury property

I would stay again. This spacious house was comfortable and in perfect condition. The host was easy to reach and very attentive, including a much appreciated phone walk through the property.

Excellent cabin in quiet neighborhood

We really enjoyed staying here. This is a newer home with great cabin style and excellent layout. The neighborhood is very pretty and quiet, while the town is only about 10 minutes away. The hosts are very attentive and helpful. Thank you for making our New Year trip unforgettable!!!

The house was comfortable and spacious for our group! We enjoyed our time there.

Check-in was easy. We just couldn’t get the tv to work! The house was comfortable. We loved the several spaces within the home as well.

Such a beautiful home!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. It was spacious but also cozy, charming and clean. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. My kids especially loved the downstairs bathroom with animals painted on the walls. We would definitely stay here again!

Returning customer!

I've rented this house two winters in a row as a group of us are avid Skiers and appreciate the ease of the house location to the mountains and I-80 to get back to SF. The open lay out of the living area and multiple bathrooms make it perfect for a group of friends. The owners are also incredibly responsive should you need anything (e.g. salt for the driveway). House matches/exceeds photos! Definitely recommend !

Exactly As Advertised

The owners were quick to respond to questions, the property was well appointed and met all expectations I had from the description. We enjoyed the hot tub, family foosball and making dinners in the lovely kitchen (when we weren't on the mountain).

Lovely truckee getaway

Living room and kitchen were a highlight as well as the downstairs living room that gave us plenty of space to spread out while working during the day and then ample seating to hang out together at night. Easy check in, great location- neighborhood was lovely to go on short walks with our service dog and for those not skiing. Hosts were responsive and accommodating to our heating requests. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect getaway

Such an awesome place! My family and I stayed at the cabin for 4 days and loved it. The cabin is as listed online. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans and gadgets you need for home cooked meals. The cabin was clean when we arrived; no issues. We loved how cozy the cabin felt even though it’s such a big space! The hot tub was a nice touch for the cold weekend. The cabin is located on a quiet street so it was really nice to play out front without worrying about oncoming traffic. We arrived right after the snow storm and was a little worried about accessing the cabin. However, the driveway was plowed and cleared away before we got there. The owners were so quick to respond via app and text messages, which was greatly appreciated.

Quiet home not far from town

We had a wonder stay with family and really liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook at home your whole trip. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Amazing house, fantastic owners

This house is gorgeous - prettier than the photos if possible. The beds were very comfortable and the decorations throughout the house were lovely, both homey and elegant. The kitchen is very well stocked w tons of pans and serving dishes which was great as we did not want to eat out. We will definitely return!

The Perfect Family Getaway

We escaped to Truckee for a snow weekend with our neighbors. The house was beautiful with plenty of sleeping room and common areas for 4 adults, 3 kids, and 1 infant. The house is updated with a very lice kitchen and bathrooms. Given we had a newborn with us, we appreciated how sound-proof the downstairs area was vs the upstairs. The kids watched movies in the 1st floor lounge area and slept downstairs, while the parents enjoyed late-night games in the 2nd floor living room and the baby slept upstairs. The backyard was a fun place to play in the slow and the hot tub was the perfect reprieve from the cold. The owners were very amenable and communicated clearly and promptly. Definitely would stay here again!

Great place for winter vacation!

we just had a great long weekend here, the house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is very easy to get to and get around the activities nearby. Communication was easy with the hosts, check in/check out easy.

Beautiful mountain home with all the bells and whistles

We loved our stay at Joel and Anna’s home in Tahoe Donner! The house was the perfect size for our group of 8 - spacious yet still cozy and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The house is beautifully decorated, and even better than the pictures suggest! Complete with garage parking, hot tub, bbq, and stocked with tons of essentials. They really thought of everything for this house and it made the stay that much more enjoyable. Thanks to the hosts for the generosity! Would love to stay in their home again sometime in the future.

Truckee stay

Check-in process needs to be better. We had to drive all the way back into town to get a cell signal so that we could ask about checking in. A keypad w/a code would definitely be better.

Beautiful & comfortable home!

Amazingly wonderful stay!

We could not recommend this space more! The hosts were extremely kind, communicative and helpful. We had every amenity we could hope for during our stay. The house was warm, inviting, clean and perfect for our weekend getaway. My friends and I will definitely be returning and couldn't be more pleased to! 10/10
