Enjoy the best weather and locale on the World famous Monterey Peninsula in Carmel, on California's Central Coast!

This 2 Bedroom 2 Bath town home is perfectly located on the Sunny side of Carmel at the entry to Carmel Valley! Located on The Quail Golf Club on the 4th and 5th Holes with Views of both holes and the Mountains and wildlife surrounding them.

This exquisitely appointed and updated Town Home has all the amenities you would expect: Gourmet eat in kitchen, gas stove, flat screen TV’s in living room and main bedroom. Spacious back deck overlooking golf course affords outdoor dining with a electric barbecue available. and of course Wi-fi throughout.

The owners are members of Quail Lodge which is a semi private golf club and can arrange discounted tee times for you and your guests!

There is a 1 month minimum rental in Carmel/Monterey County and we do not allow pets.

Heaven at 11

Extremely comfortable condo across the board. High end appliances. All furnishings are extremely comfortable. Very quiet location. Watching the deer off our back patio was a daily highlight. Working with the owners was icing on the cake.

Beautiful condo on golf course

Fabulous stay in Carmel Valley. Great condo, easy in and easy out, well accessorized and very comfortable, great location. The hosts were very communicative and helpful in getting golf t-times, great hiking nearby, and just minutes to Carmel. Very peaceful location but so much to do nearby. Will stay here again when returning to Carmel - felt very safe and great place for a longer stay.

My stay

Very nice, needs improvements! Massive amounts of large throw pillows and heavy not clean blankets. Over abundance of furniture . Master shower drain dislodged and rusted out. Cobwebs everywhere. Just needs to be taken care of better. I do like it very much though.

Wonderful Retreat

This is a phenomenal property for those looking to get away from the hustle and bustle for a little R&R. The property is great and has all the amenities for those who want to stay close to home and cook. The rooms are comfy and quiet, and the open floor plan and great outdoor patio (overlooking the golf course and mountains) are fantastic for hanging with friends. We loved having walking/hiking trails so close to us, and good restaurant and grocery options are just a quick drive away. Bill and Sandy are very thoughtful and responsive hosts, and we will definitely rent from them again! We highly recommend this property!

Consistent excellence

This was our second stay at this property. We came back because it is in a beautiful setting in a great location and the home is very well appointed. Property manager/owner is very easy to work with and accommodating. Bill made us several discounted tee times at Quail Lodge golf course which is top rate.

Perfectly furnished, comfortable and peaceful!

We had a wonderful stay - communication was great, the home was perfectly outfitted to be comfortable for our stay with our son and his wife. The location is central and very peaceful - the only sound we heard were the wonderful turkeys gobbling on the course. Would love to return!

Quail Lodge Getaway

This was our 2nd stay at Bill & Sandy's property and enjoyed it even more the 2nd time! Since our last stay, they have made some great upgrades in the kitchen and also added an electric BBQ on the deck. It's a very comfortable condo in a convenient location with a fantastic, serene view. Between the wild turkeys, bunnies, quail, deer, hawks and falcons there was plenty of nature to admire from the deck. I hope to stay here a 3rd time!

Quail Lodge Golf Cottage

The property was absolutely beautiful with high-end finishes and furnishings. Kitchen was well equipped and appliances were top of the line. Great location on Quail Lodge golf course. Bill and Sandy (owners) were exceptional people and very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended.

September vacation

This property was excellent, very clean and well stocked. Owner was excellent to work with. The unit did not have an iron, I let the owner know and he purchased and Iron and Ironing board and delivered it within one hour. The unit was decorated very well and felt warm and cozy. It was centerally located so easy access to DT Carmel and restaurants.

Amazing!

This condo was amazing! Well appointed and decorated with all the amenities you could want. Location on golf course was private but with beautiful views! Bill and Sandy were the best hosts ever!! Very easy to communicate with and always there when needed. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Comfortable

Open feeling inside, with great sleeping beds. Very quiet. Wonderful large deck looking out to the fourth fairway and 5th tee at Quail Valley. Location allows you to get all over the Monterey Peninsula very easily. Highly recommended.

Great Carmel Valley Getaway

Bill and Sandy's townhome is spacious, airy and well-appointed with high ceilings and a nice deck/patio overlooking the golf course with beautiful mountain views in the background. Quail Lodge is a quiet and scenic golf course community conveniently located near shopping, hiking trails/parks and downtown Carmel and Monterey. Bill was a fantastic and accommodating host and I'd definitely today here again.

The home is located ON Quail Lodge Golf Club and is walking distance to the Palo Corona Recreation area with miles and miles of hiking and biking trails. You can walk to the Carmel Valley Athletic Club/Sanctuary Spa and Quail Lodge Resort is just 1/2 mile up Valley Green Drive!
Drive 2 miles and you are at the Beach or world famous Point Lobos Reserve!
