Ubicado en una zona principalmente residencial, este condominio de 630 pisos y más de 1230 pies cuadrados está en el extremo oeste de la playa (a minutos de todo, pero con menos tráfico). Disfrute de hermosas vistas del golfo desde una pared de vidrio de piso a techo de 30 pies o desde el balcón de 28 pies. Corto paseo a la hermosa playa del golfo, o la "pequeña laguna" de 8 millas. Acceso al muelle para pescar y pescar cangrejos. Piscina climatizada y gimnasio.

Un montón de entretenimiento familiar en el área que incluye: golf, pesca, natación, ciclismo, parques acuáticos, zoológico, karts, restaurantes y tiendas outlet. Aparcamiento cubierto. Cocina completamente equipada, y se proporcionan todas las sábanas.

Great Place to Stay!

The condo was very clean with an amazing view of the gulf! The host was very responsive and helpful with anything I needed. Would definitely stay here again next year!

Great Stay!

Great getaway stay. The views look just like the picture. The condo was a short walk across the street from the beach. It was roomy enough for our family. Shirley was very responsive! Would stay there again.

The apartment is very clean and large. Beach access is a quick walk and the beach is wonderful. Getting a parking pass is tricky. The office closes at 230. You won't get a pass until the next day after arrival. In the meantime, you will get a notice on your car that you are in violation. Don't freak out.

Very nice condo on the bay and across from the beach. Views are amazing. Pool is nice. Shirley is an excellent host. She was very flexible with our check in moving from another unit. I would highly recommend staying here.

The condo was extremely clean and beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the location was great, as there is a public beach and parking within walking distance of the building. Miss Shirley, the owner, was easily reached via email and she always answered within a reasonable amount of time. We had a wonderful time!

Amazing!

We had a great time at the property! Its beautiful, with an amazing view, a balcon facing the icean, and all your basics for a day onnthe beach if youbdin't have anything. Everyone was very nice, polite and communicative. there was an issue with dryer, but it was promptly We I couldnt be more happy. We will stay gere again. THANK YOU! small cons: ceiling fans were too noise, some lights were flickering sometimes, but nothing else.

Great location- so close to the beach

We wanted an on the beach vacation, but didn’t book in time, this was the next best thing, literally just a walk across the condo parking lot, 40 yards to the crosswalk and your at the beach access. Condo was as advertised, they even had beach chairs for use. Master bed was great the other two needed some help. We bought a 1.5 inch topper for the guest bed and an air mattress for the fold out couch. That did the trick well enough. Utensils and knives never seem to be in good shape even in the timeshare condos so would always recommend bringing your own along with a frying pan unless of course if you’re flying, just pick some up at Walmart. We would stay here again. Thank you for a very nice vacation.

Great location host doesn’t provide anything.

The unit was outdated but wasn’t an issue. I was not aware there was a $35.00 per car parking fee! Also I changed my nights of stay and I was not refunded for the last night. There were not enough trash bags the dishes were all dirty there was NO COFFEE!! You better bring everything you think you will need spices toiletries including extra toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels.

Great Owner, Unit, Complex, and Location

We stayed here for a short stay. We loved it. The unit is centrally located in the building on the 6th floor. The elevator doors and elevators were very fast leading to no or very limited wait times. Most buildings have a decent wait. The unit is nearly in the center of the building and provides great views of the gulf. Entry is very easy with an electronic door lock. You immediately enter a large hallway that brings you to the stunning rear glass facade. You will have 30+ FT of unobstructed view. The rear patio is huge and has a great amount of comfortable seating. The living room and dining room are very large. We had everything we needed to keep the kids and ourselves fed. The 2 bedrooms feature king-sized beds and private baths. There is also a hall bath that is perfect for guests. The water pressure was amazing. The unit has a laundry center in the hall and was great to have. We highly recommend staying here for the layout and location of the unit as well as the owner. She was absolutely great. Thanks for a great time!

Love the location

This place was great, the parking pass thing was not great. We go in late and couldn’t get a pass, when we went to get a pass the next day the office didn’t accept cards and we had to go find an ATM. It would have been nice to know that before hand.

Fantastic Beach trip

The condo may be in need of some updates but overall I would not hesitate to stay here again. The location of the condo building was great as it is very convenient to everything that Gulf Shores has to offer but slightly away from the very busy central area. The beach was across the road but a very short walk to the crossing & it took no time to get from the condo to being set up on the beach for the day. There is tons of room in the condo. Bedrooms & bathrooms were spacious & the living room/dining room & kitchen was huge with a bank of floor to ceiling windows. The view from the balcony was amazing! We spent a lot of time sitting on the very large balcony. Being on the 6th floor meant that the beach view was incredible. Sunset view over the lagoon from the back of the building was spectacular. The whole booking process was very smooth & communication, information & helpfulness from the owner was very quick & much appreciated. Overall we have a fantastic trip & can't wait to do it again.

The location of the condo was great.

It was an easy process to rent the condo, and the location was in close proximity to a lot of things to do and a lot of restaurants. The condo was not clean when we arrived. It needed dusting, windows cleaned, and the food under the couch and kitchen area was a little disgusting. Once I cleaned things up everything was fine. There was a few maintenance things that should be fixed, but nothing that made the condo unusable. We enjoyed the six weeks we stayed there.
