Inside Regency Towers #706 East, the open living space combines the living area, dining area and kitchen for easy beachside living. The living area features a plush sofa that doubles as a queen sleeper sofa, a Smart TV and access to the private gulf-front balcony. Step outside to enjoy sunrise coffee or sunset drinks at the bistro set for two, or unwind on the loungers while taking in views of the Gulf and pool. Dining for four awaits in the dining area and the kitchen is fully equipped for preparing beach snacks or home-cooked meals.

We had the best time staying here! The view from the balcony was absolutely gorgeous and it was just a short walk to both the pool and the beach. Having the chairs and umbrella included made our beach days so easy and relaxing. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Donna was amazing, so helpful and quick to respond before, during and after our trip. We had such a great time and will definitely be back!

The property was just as advertised, very well appointed and organized. Communication with the owner was prompt and clear, she responded quickly to our few questions. The balcony is large and looks out over the pool to the Gulf, a great place to hang out. Recommend without hesitation.

The condo is directly on the beach. Comes with beach chairs and umbrella. Easy access to the beach…never had to wait long for an elevator. Amazing view. The unit was very clean. We had everything we needed. I have nothing negative to say. We had a great stay.

Amazing Condo with Great Views

A truly wonderful place to relax and recharge. Super clean, tastefully decorated, and stocked with everything you might need. Easy check-in process, excellent communication with host, and an ideal location. AMAZING views, large balcony, easy parking, and quick elevators. I couldn't ask for more. We'll definitely stay again.

Beachfront Bliss

We had an amazing week at this beachfront condo. The place was super comfortable and had everything we needed. The view was incredible — we loved just sitting and watching the ocean.Most days, we didn’t even leave the property. It was so easy to relax. The beach chairs and umbrella were perfect for lazy mornings by the water. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot. We’d definitely come back!

Lovely and Relaxing

It was our first trip to Pensacola Beach, and it was so nice to stay in a clean and relaxing condo. Check in was efficient, the condo was lovely, and the view can't be beat! We appreciated being able to relax and enjoy a beautiful beach. We had a great trip!
