Inside Regency Towers #407 East, the main living space brings everyone together with a comfortable living area, dining space and fully equipped kitchen. Plush sofas invite you to relax after a beach day, with one sofa converting to a queen sleeper, and a Smart TV ready for movie nights. Natural light pours in through the sliding glass door that opens to the private gulf-front balcony, where a bistro set for two is perfect for morning coffee overlooking the water and pool. The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything needed to prepare beach snacks or home-cooked meals.

Both bedrooms at Regency Towers #407 East are designed for comfort and privacy. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, Smart TV and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers two queen beds, Smart TV and a private en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, which also houses the washer and dryer. WiFi, cable and bed and bath linens are included, and the unit comes with parking passes for two vehicles.

Just wonderful!

This was a beautiful property. A little away from all the heavy tourist traffic which we liked. Still would just be a couple of miles to walk to all the stuff but we had a rental car because we had friends to visit. This was for my mom’s 81st birthday and she loved it. Coffee on the balcony with that view was amazing. I went for a walk on the beach in the morning. We enjoyed the chairs and umbrella every day. Just heaven on earth. Quiet complex. Stayed a week. Seemed like more of a retirement aged crowd. Would highly recommend and I will be back!

You need to stay here!

Aside from the location being perfect, our host, Donna, was FANTASTIC! She went above and beyond to ensure that we had betting we needed to enjoy our vacation to the fullest. As for the location, it’s close enough to the hustle and bustle of Pensacola Beach, but far enough (2.5 miles) that you can also just relax on the much quieter beach at the condo. I honestly can’t say enough good things about our experience.

Long Weekend with Daughter

My husband and I spend a total of 6 to 8 weeks at the beach throughout the year. Found this jewel available on short notice. We felt like we were staying at a friend's home. In addition to all the regular household supplies and equipment, the condo was full of extra nice-to-haves. This will be the only place we stay when visiting Pensacola Beach. Thank you for your hospitality.

Clean condo with a wonderful quiet location!

We loved this condo. Separate from the bigger condos so the beach was much less busy. Beautiful view and very clean. Donna was wonderful and always in constant communication if we needed her. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay

This property worked wonderfully for my wife and I and our two adult girls. Location is great. Beach is perfect. Having the chairs and umbrella included in the package was much appreciated. All went great.

Location was great!

The location was great, only a short walk to the beach. The condo was stocked with everything you would need, even some beach supplies. The property manager was awesome, she accoumidated in everyway she chould.

Great condo with beautiful view of gulf

The condo was perfect for our family of 6. It was super clean and pretty much fully stocked with just about everything we needed (including ample cleaning supplies), which was so refreshing to know we didn’t need to go buy a lot of items to get through the week. I’ve never stayed in a condo that has provided as much as this one! The location was awesome as well. A few miles from all the popular restaurants and Pensacola pier, so the beach was not as crowded. There was a free trolley (but we never used it) that had a stop right in front of the condo building. Unfortunately, we had no access to the balcony due to repairs being done to the building. However, Donna (owner) was in communication with us about it consistently in the months leading up to our stay and when it was determined that we would not have access during our stay she reached out and offered to make it right for us. We chose to have her provide extra beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use at the beach each day. That’s ultimately where we were everyday anyway, so it worked out well for us. Not the perfect situation, but she handled it professionally and the best she could given the circumstances. We will definitely be back!

Amazing View!

There are not enough words to describe how great this place is. We had a wonderful time and the view was amazing. We enjoyed the chairs on the beach! Donna was amazing! We will definitely be booking here next summer.

We had an incredible time at the beach. The condo was spectacular. It was in a great location and SO convenient to the beach. I loved the ocean view from the balcony. Beds were very comfortable and the condo had plenty of space! The kitchen was fully stocked with any cooking pots/pans/utensils we needed. Donna was wonderful and so helpful and responsive. We plan to be back!

Breathtaking Ocean View!!

Property Manager, Donna, was great. Even though we had no issues, she checked in periodically to make sure we were enjoying our stay. View of the ocean was breathtaking, and it was easy to get from the condo to the beach which was important to us. Would definitely rent this property again!!!

Wonderful stay

Great condo! Exceptionally well-stocked. Very nice furnishings and super clean. The owner, Donna, goes out of her way to make sure everything is just right. She made our stay the best. The complex is also very clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful.
