Welcome to the Lazy Pelican Beach House, one of Beach Bird Properties’ most loved coastal escapes. This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is designed for relaxation and comfort, featuring a bright open floor plan and a prime location just a few rows from the ocean. Whether you're planning a family vacation or a peaceful beach retreat, this home offers the perfect blend of convenience, style, and coastal charm.

Start your mornings with coffee overlooking the peaceful lake and fountain, then end your evenings enjoying breathtaking sunset views. A complimentary golf cart is included, making it easy to reach the private beach parking area and the magnificently soft sands of Surfside Beach in just minutes.

Guests also have quick access to Oceanside Village’s incredible amenities, including two outdoor pools and hot tub, a children’s splash pad, and an indoor pool and hot tub that's open year-round. Additional recreational options include a baseball field, basketball courts, volleyball, bocce ball, tennis, pickleball, and shuffleboard courts — offering something for everyone to enjoy.

This is a pet-friendly property. Two dogs, up to 45 pounds,above that, please reach out to us for prior approval. A $150 non-refundable pet fee applies.

We had a wonderful stay at the Lazy Pelican Beach House in Myrtle Beach! The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The amenities were thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a home away from home.One of our favorite features was the screened-in porch. It was the perfect spot to enjoy our breakfast, relax in the evenings, and take in the coastal atmosphere without worrying about bugs. The property was comfortable, inviting, and well-equipped for an stress-free stay.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend the Lazy Pelican Beach House to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable Myrtle Beach getaway!

Quiet with all amenities and close to all attractions, a very short walk or cart ride to the beach. House is very clean, modern updates, and they have thought of everything even crate for your pet.

Great house and location

We loved this house! Location was perfect and home was very clean and cozy. The owners and property manager were great and communication was great. The neighborhood was really quaint and very friendly people. We look forward to staying there again!

What a wonderful place and helpful hosts

This beach house is so clean and tastefully decorated in a beach theme. It is so close to the beautiful beach and we loved using the golf cart. Our dogs loved being held and ride in it. The washer and dryer was convenient and beach towels were provided. Parking was adequate for 2 cars.

Fantastic Beach vacation

The house was beautiful and very clean. We loved the screen in patio. Mark and Diane answered all my questions and kept checking on us if we needed anything. We will definitely be back next year. Our dogs loved the golf cart.

Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Lazy Pelican! The home was wonderful! Lots of space, very clean, and had everything to make our stay feel like home. The location of the home was great. The golf cart, beach chairs and even beach towels to use all made our days on the beach easy and convenient. Mark and Diane were a pleasure to work with and always available to answer any questions we had. We will definitely be back in the future!!

The perfect stay’

Hands down our best vacation we’ve been on yet! The host are amazing, they have everything you could need while on your stay. From the golf cart to the beach chairs it really accommodates making it a stress/hassle free vacation. Very quiet peacefully property with a beautiful view of the lake for those late evening sits. Our Beach vacay

This was our 2nd time staying in this house. It is a great house!! Very well stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. House was very clean when we arrived. Mark and Diane are great to rent from. Very responsive very helpful with all our needs.
