Nestled within the charming gated community of Oceanside Village, this coastal retreat offers the perfect blend of relaxation and family-friendly fun. The warm, soft sands of Surfside Beach are less than a minute away, easily accessible with the provided golf cart and private beach parking access. While enjoying the beach, be sure to visit The Conch Café for beachfront cocktails, lunch, or dinner with stunning ocean views.

This beautifully decorated nautical-themed home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. Ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends looking for a relaxing escape, Pelican Landing includes a fully equipped kitchen and BBQ grill, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together.

Guests have access to an impressive variety of amenities, including outdoor pools and hot tub, a children’s pool and splash area, indoor pool and hot tub that's open year-round.

Additional recreational amenities include bocce ball, tennis courts, basketball, horseshoes, shuffleboard, a children’s playground, and a baseball field. Whether you spend your days at the beach, dining at local restaurants, golfing, outlet shopping, or simply relaxing within the community, Pelican Landing offers everything you need for the perfect coastal getaway.

Perfect Getaway

Pelican Landing was the perfect place for our family to relax and unwind! The house was beautiful and clean. The golf cart made it so easy to get to the pools and the beach. Owners communicated well and quickly. We didn’t want to leave!

A Perfect Landing

Pelican Landing far exceeded our expectations! It is such a pretty house from landscape to inside decor. We felt welcomed the minute we entered. The corner location provided it all with a lake view, sun patio, cool breeze, and a screened porch. The owners have put care and thought into providing a quality experience. We are delighted to have found our new rental for annual OSV vacations!

Had the best vacation and experience staying at Pelican Landing! Everything you could possibly need is included in rental! Owners & property manager were amazing and very responsive. Very homey feeling and doesn't feel like you are in a vacation rental property. We already can't wait to book for next year (and our 1 year anniversary, as we got married in front of the Conch Cafe during our stay). Definitely the best vacation rental we have ever had, and that's saying a lot !

We had a great stay. Enjoyed the home.

The house was nice almost fully stocked with the exception of towels and bath hand towels. The kitchen fully stocked. The bedrooms all had tvs with exceptional entertainment and Wi-Fi. The golf was was awesome! Over all we enjoyed our stay & would definitely recommend Pelican Landing. Thanks ms for having us!! The Daniels

Home away from home

All the comforts of home and so thoughtful. We arrived with a welcoming note and some yummy snacks after a long ride. Clean and beautifully decorated. Also a sweet touch with a little toiletries just in case you forgot something. Definitely worth staying at and close to all you could want to do and yummy foods
