Overall it was great for the price. My complaints are the pool had lots of bugs, we didn't have any trash bags, a lot was fairly outdated and the beds were pretty uncomfortable. But it was close enough to the beach that we could walk with all four kids easily. Seemed like a safe area, pretty close to everything we wanted to do. There was always a spot to park, which was a worry I had. The kitchen had almost everything we needed (we needed a pizza cutter, but it worked out). Laundry was close by, it cost 2 per wash and 2 per dry in quarters.

Arrived Monday and left Friday. Propert was exactly as advertised and was perfect. I would visit again for sure and would recommend.

Great place for a family

The condo was great! As described, walking distance to the beach and a short drive away from a lot more. To our pleasant surprise, there was beach equipment that made our beach outing much more enjoyable.

Lovely Beachfront Condo

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. This little condo is cute and clean, the property manager responded promptly anytime I reached out, and it had everything we needed for a nice stay. It was a quick walk across the street to the beach, and the condo pool/hot tub came in very handy since it ended up being red flag days during our stay lol! Highly recommend.

Close to beautiful beach

This place was across the street from the beach and has 2 nice pools. Space could use some updating, but was functional. Also offered beach stuff to use. Drive to store and restaurants was close.

Family PCB trip 2025

Things started of a little dramatic with the check-in info and trash. The owner was very helpful and replied quickly. Most things about the place were good. The beds are squeaky (ruff on the back and neck) furnitures are dated. We can’t go outside through the patio door (which we are oked with). It’s kinda hard to relax on the patio…. I was worried other people might be watching since the patio is in an enclosed square space with 4 other units. We love that the unit is across the street from the public beach. It got 2 nice and clean community swimming pools and a huge hot tub. It’s a plus that the place had everything we needed for the beach (chairs, floaty tubes, beach umbrella, beach toys, and beach towels).Good place for being a beach bum. :)

Amazing location

This condo is so close to the beach! Literally less than 3 minutes and you’re there! The pools are clean and well kept. It is a comfortable and clean place to stay, as well.

Nice Condo beside the beach!

Rooms were a little smaller than I'm used to, but the condo was clean, well stocked and steps from the beach! Owner was awesome. We didn't see the beach supplies till we were leaving, so def check the storage box outside! Very nice pool and hot tub which were great for relaxing after the beach. Will def visit again!

Perfect little getaway!

Stephanie was so great to work with! She gave us so many tips and ideas on what to do with the kiddos. Her place was super clean and the PERFECT spot for the beach! She made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. My husband and I are already planning our next stay.

Perfect little getaway

The condo was the perfect getaway place. Just the right size for my mom, daughter and myself for the week. Quiet complex right across from the beach. Two pools and a hot tub, you can not ask for a better place. Laundry was right across from the condo door which made it so easy. Highly recommend. Great place.

Condo review

The unit was exactly as pictured. Everything was clean and well appointed. We had return home sooner than expected due to unforeseen issues, so we weren't able to explore the whole area like we had planned.

Nice Spot

Great spot on the west end for the price! Will book again. Just a wee bit of mold. Didn't notice any symptoms during our stay. I'd be worried if I stayed for more than a week, but a few nights won't kill you. "A" building is the closest to front beach rd. (closest building to the beach) Solid choice if you want easy beach access but don't want to pay for the view. good stuff!

The place was definitely smaller than the pictures. Whoever cleaned it did not leave any dishwasher stuff and the soap dispensers were only half full. There was also only one roll of toilet paper and paper towels. I dont mind having to get my own stuff but at least leave more than 1. The pool was grrat We ran out

Dirty

This place was dirty, it had chips in the paint on the walls. The two bedroom wall had writing all over the walls (looked like previous kids drew all over the walls)… The paint on the doors were chipping off. The carpet was filthy, and the couch had stains all over it. Didn’t even end up staying at the place. We booked a different location. Highly do not recommend this place.

*****DO NOT STAY HERE****** The host Stephanie is not professional at all and very hard to get in contact with. Upon arrival we never got a door code to get in, check in was at 4 but were unable to get in until 5 because the cleaner was still cleaning, which is totally fine I understand it gets busy during the summer but I should have been informed ahead of time (which I was not) so my family and I had to sit on the steps outside the condo door for an hour waiting to get in. When the cleaner finally come to the door it appeared he had been sleeping. The sliding door handle was broke, food left in the fridge from previous guests so I messaged the host and told her I wanted a refund to which Stephanie the host was rude about it and said she's not issuing a refund and after we finally got in the condo some lady come knocking on the door to bring us a roll of paper towels and aggressively let us know that the cleaner had not been sleeping. Upon leaving after having no choice but to stay there I made sure everything was done that she asked before leaving plus I picked up and organized the outside toys and chairs that were left scattered when we arrived. We left the place cleaner than what it was when we got there! Fast forward 6 hours later Stephanie messages me "thanks for trashing my place" I've messaged NUMEROUS times to figure out what was trashed but still no response!!! So if possible I would avoid this place at all cost!
