Newly remodeled Corner beachfront unit and it has been freshly painted, new bedding, dishes, couches and much more. Its a wonderful beach front corner unit ready to host your best vacation. At the Summit you have lots to do including work out room, Restaurant, Hot tubs, Heated Pool, Childrens Pool, Playground and so much more all while you enjoy a corner beachfront unit with wrap around balcony. The Summit Resort is within close walking distance to shopping and restaurants. My number is 256-307-4582 and my name is Tami. During off season some amenities are closed.

Great view. Plenty of space for the 7 of us to sleep. There was a broken drawer in one of the bathrooms but that didn’t hinder anything. The condo was cute and comfortable. I was just really disappointed in the cleanliness. There was beer bottle lids and random items under our beds along with tons of dust clusters and dirt/trash. The kitchen cabinets had large clumps of dust all over them to the point if you opened them too quickly it all fell onto the stove and counters. I had to contact the owner with a question and she responded promptly and seemed to be very friendly! Aside from cleanliness I was happy with our stay.

Wonderful location and excellent views. Overall I would give our stay 4 stars, I took 1 star off because of the furniture, it’s very old, unclean and the couch was very uncomfortable with old cushions and pillows.

Great Beach Property

Great place to stay. Two pools, on the beach, and amenities like store, food and bar. Stay was great. The Murphy bed in the living room is much easier than a traditional sofa bed. This living had both. Plenty of space. Everything you need. I only needed to contact the property manager once for a trivial question and she was very quick to respond. Highly recommend!

The place was nice but definitely want be back during spring break. Other than the immature people that comes for the break it was nice and I wouldn’t mind coming back outside of spring break

Horrible filthy, no help after several requests,

There were so manythings wrong. I contacted VRBO 3 times and they never replied back. The condo was truely filthy, the floors were sticky, our feet were black after walking around barefoot. The ceilings were cracked and paint falling off. The bathroom mirrors were dirty and discolored around the edges. There was a thick layed of dust on everything, including window sills, lamps, shades. The kitchen cabinets had greese and food splatered on them..

Would not stay here again

Definitely would not stay here again! $27 to park after the owner told me $20. Room smelled like mildew, Was not cleaned good. Mirrors were dirty, curtains and bed were stained, old food in cabinets, refrigerator and stove were not cleaned.

Family trip 2024

The only reason I am not giving this condo five stars is due to the fact they did a water test and fire safety test the second morning we were there and they come over the intercom at 8:00 in the morning letting you know they're about to turn the water off and it was just an inconvenience. The other thing is we had a very foul smell coming to our room from an adjoining room and it smelled like something that have burned or something it was it was a bad smell but the following day it was better so I do feel like they took care of it the best they could. But it was a nice condo cute deco the owner was very nice and communicated with me when I needed her would definitely go back

What a great stay!

The room had everything you needed. The beds where super comfortable with great views. When we arrived there where a few issues with the room so i contacted the owner and she sent a handy man right over and he took care of everything that i showed him. I would recommend this room.to anyone

Great family vacation

We had a fantastic time in PCB and loved our unit. It had plenty of room and Tami responded to questions quickly. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

We stayed for a week. Unit is clean and pictures are more than accurate. My Only complaint is no ocean view from any of the bedrooms but of course that’s just my preference. Owner was nice and responsive to any questions I had. Would definitely recommend for a group of 4-6

Perfect for our PCB trip

This condo is great for what we needed. If you are looking for luxury, this isn't it. Slightly in need of updates, but not too bad. Cleanliness could be a little better as well, but it was good enough for us. The balcony is the best part of this unit. It has a great view and is larger then other balconies at the Summit. Their was plenty of cookware and tools to cook. Host is very responsive if an issue arises.

Everything you need

This condo was exactly as described. We did run into an issue on our trip with the upstairs condo having a leak. Tammy got maintenance to take care of it very quickly. She communicated great with us. The only thing I would say is the sleeper sofas could use to be replaced. The two main beds were great.

Convenient and scenic

The view from the balcony is amazing, and the unit is a perfect size. But it’s an older building, the unit could use a some extra scrubbing (makeup fingerprints on the bathroom door, dirty blinds, etc.), and the wait for an elevator to the 12th floor requires a little patience. You do pay for parking (credit card) and beach chairs (take cash or pay premium for using a credit card), which shouldn’t come as a surprise but it may. The neighbor must be renovating because we could hear power tools and movement of a metal ladder above us. There is a strip club with lots of signage right across the street so be ready with creative answers to your kids’ questions. BUT it was a fun mini-vacation, the beds were comfortable, the beach was gorgeous, the unit was a good size and had an amazing view, the local restaurants were convenient and very good, parking was plentiful and easy…we enjoyed the getaway!

Hello our family loves to stay at The Summit so we just purchased this property and know after were done with all the updates we are planning to make as we can imbetween guest and in the off season will be beautiful. We also have unit 1326 at the Summit which is great if you have two families going together.

Corner Unit and the Summit has it all there is a restaurant and bar on the property, among all of the other things to do here there is no need for you to have to leave for anything just arrive kick back and have a wonderful vacation.
