Refurbished Brand New & Modern house, it is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.The Beautiful house located close to all principal highways. 10 minutes from de airport and 20 minutes from the beach, dowtown, Wynwood and Brickell. Great location, next to Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, little Havana and Doral.
The house is located in a safe/family community.

The home was neat and clean and the owner was very responsive. Check-in and out was very easy.However, the beds are not comfortable at all, as they were very hard. The couches in the living room are nice to look at, but very hard and not comfortable for sitting or lounging. There is a step off from the kitchen to the living room that could cause a terrible fall if you weren’t paying attention. Same thing coming out of the master bedroom. The back yard & porch area was nice to sit outside. There is a washer & dryer, but it is located on the back porch, which was surprising.

Everything was great! Everything worked!!! The ac was great. The washing machine and dryer were effective. It was overall relaxing. I would stay again!

2025 Family Vacation/Birthday Celebration

This year was our family vacation planned around my 49th birthday. We enjoyed all that Miami had to offer. The home was lovely, however there was a stale stinch in the whole home that required a lot of air freshener. The water pressure in the showers is low and heads need updating as one is rusted and they are hard to adjust. Not sure if the dishwasher truly worked because it seemed to never turn on to clean the dishes. But once we got settled in, the stay was okay. The outside is relaxing but could use a little upgrading on the pillows and accessories. The baseboards do need tending to all over the home as there were multiple stains throughout the kitchen and bedroom. This was something that was brought to my attention by one of my guest. We spent most of our time out of the home and only came to shower, change clothes and sleep. We mainly enjoyed the outside of the property as the back is set up comfortably. But the house rules of no noise, no loud talking and no music was overboard. So wasn’t able to do my birthday cake at the house since there is a no candle rule as well. So this is a nice place to stay if you don’t plan to be in the house much.

Clean house in a nice neighborhood

We had a small communication issue during check in. That was very quickly rectified though. Everything was clean and worked as advertised. We are hoping to stay at the same place again next year about the same time.

House is as described-just make sure you don't have an emergency!

I made reservations several weeks prior to expected stay. My 88 year old mother fell and fractured her hip. She had surgery and did not recover well. I asked to cancel our trip or at least give us partial credit. Host refused. We were to meet our friends for a vacation stay. Our friends came down from Orlando at expected time. My mother passed away. We were able to spend the last 2 days with them but the refusal of host to work with us during such an emergency was cruel. We contacted VRBO directly as host suggested but they told us it was up to the host to make any accomodations, which she did not.

Comfortable and Cozy

Visiting Miami for a conference. The communication with the owner was exceptional and the check-in process was easy. The house was in a quiet neighborhood. The three bedrooms & two baths were ideal for our group of three. The outdoor living space beautiful. A great place to relax after a day in the city.

Week in Miami

The house in a good location close to shopping and highways. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The house is clean and convenient. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful.

Very clean property, property manager was easy to contact

We truly enjoyed our stay. The home smelled clean and fresh as soon as we walked in. The property manager replied right away when a question was asked and gave all the instructions for check-in, WiFi ect…The property had plenty of fresh smelling towels, extra blankets and plenty of pillows. The beds are comfortable as well. For whoever might be traveling with a handicap person, this house is possible. Yes, there are a few steps entering the property and a few in the house but it can be done. Our wheelchair fit in the first bathroom. I just brought my own shower chair and portable shower handle. It’s in a good location all though we’re familiar with Miami and quite neighborhood.

My only complaint is there were only 2 TVs and so my aunt was unable to watch tv. But other than that the property was clean and I felt right at home

Get Away

The property was beautiful and I love the fruit trees in the back yard. The beds were soft. Could you use some updated cooking pots...atleast a extra roll of toilet paper.I love the update appliance. Overall it was a perfect place to stay about 10 minutes from the airport and about 10 minutes from like shops.

I book with this site quite often, at least once a year. This was my first time using this site in Miami. My experience is always amazing booking with VRBO. This stay was completely different than before. Previous stays have always been above expectations so I was comfortable booking again. Check-in; we drove 9 hours to our destination and arrived 2 hours early so we got dinner. I received an email or two from owner asking have we checked in. Normally, everything is set up we don't have to notify owner that we are checking in everything is already documented. Negative for me. The money was already paid and after a long drive I don't want to explain why I haven't checked in yet. There were no pictures of the outside or neighborhood otherwise I can assure we wouldn't have booked. Once I was sent the address I was able to Google the location and felt concerned. There was only one TV located in master bedroom which did not work, so there was no TV to watch. The home clearly had been remodeled and not finished near the bathroom. I did see it was a new listing so maybe that had alot to do with things. Lastly VRBO has a space to tell the owner reason for your visit. I sent a simple message stating it was my 30th and my best friend has never been to Miami. The owner replied and said no parties allowed which was redundant because the rules are listed on the page. My next trip will thoroughly been planned. It could have been better and again due to previous stays I was expecting better. The best thing about this home was the furniture and the bathrooms.

Cute spot

Great house! We had a great stay. Only thing is the hallway for the bathroom to the other room and living is super small and connected which was a little annoying but we made it work. Also only one tv in the whole house. We wished there was more but it’s okay. House comes with backyard and bbq which we took advantage of everyday! Thanks for the stay.
