THREE NIGHT MINIMUM ON ALL RESERVATIONS DUE TO HOA OCCUPANCY RULES

This ground floor unit features brand new decor and includes a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture, and a breakfast bar. Three bedrooms (2 Kings, 2 Twins), three full bathrooms, a screened in porch and more. The master bedroom includes access to the screened in porch, a private bathroom, a walk in closet and a TV. The two guest bedrooms each have their own TV's and closets, one with its own private bathroom, while the other shares the hall bathroom. Additional amenities include a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, wifi/cable, traditional drip coffee maker, toaster, microwave and central HVAC.

True Blue is located just 5 minutes to the beach and offers, golf, tennis, dining, pools and hot tubs. The True Blue Golf Course is located on a former rice and indigo planation. Its’ rolling terrain and native vegetation make it one of the most spectacular settings in golf. Golf magazine ranked True Blue as one of the top 100 courses to play in 2014. It has also been ranked among the top 25 in the South by Golf Digest.

True Blue also boasts the Steve Dresser Golf Academy, and is one of America’s most awarded golf schools. Golf Magazine has listed it among the top 25 schools in the nation. True Blue features 4 pools and hot tubs, tennis, dining and super 5 minutes to the beach. Guests also have access to Huntington Beach State park pass during their stay as an added bonus!

Perfect stay for multi-generational family!

We were visiting a family member who lives in another condo in this same community, so the location was perfect! Staying with us were my parents (in their 60’s), my husband and I and our 2 small children. This condo was VERY clean, accommodating, and the perfect setup for us. We will definitely be back!

Amazing stay!

We stayed at this property in True Blue for our 2022 Pawleys trip. It was great!! The property is well equipped with kitchen essentials and linens and towels, which was fantastic for our quick getaway. The only concerns I had were the upstairs guests (the place is on the bottom floor of a tri-level condo) who you could clearly hear when they walked or were up. It didn't bother us too much but was certainly noticeable. The other thing to note is missing slates in the master bedroom blinds. I covered the majority of the hole with a long maxi dress but they should be replaced for privacy.

Blessing by the sea

Mattresses were terrible. Furniture was not comfortable. Rugs were what appeared to be made of rags and my 82 year old husband and I nearly killed ourselves tripping over the one in the living room until we finally took it up. Under it was enough dirt/sand to put a lot in the dust pan. The check in process was cumbersome and the unit was not ready when we arrived which took a long time because we couldn't find it.

Wonderful apartment

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful and comfortable apartment right on the 17th hole. In the master bedroom, the bed is extremely comfortable. The bathroom does have an area for sit-down vanity. The second king size bedroom is very large and spacious. The bed is also extremely comfortable, although it is two twins pushed together. The twin bedroom is also nice. The only problem with this room is that the window is right on the front of the apartment and the front door light shines in at night. The kitchen and laundry is great. There are plenty of cooking utensils as well, even a crock pot to use. The kitchen table seats 6 and there are three bar stools. Couch and loveseat in the living room are very comfortable with sliding doors out onto the screened in porch. Overall, it is a great apartment and I highly recommend.

Place is old/ outdated - not a favorite place

Place was so old and outdated, not dirty, cheap furniture made from pressed wood chips was warping from moisture, cramped random furniture made it hard to move around, kitchen is so small, can barely open the fridge door, bed is the most noisy and uncomfortable bed we ever not slept in, small pillows, awful mattress, light bulbs were blown throughout, bathrooms so small and outdated, renovation was down sloppy (don't look in corners), screen had holes and bug would come in, all amenities were closed, we left early

Great Condo

Had a great stay for the week. We loved the screened in back porch area overlooking the golf course while enjoying breakfast each morning. The condo was very neat and clean.
