The condo was spacious and comfortable - ocean front with excellent access to beach. One downside was that the sliding glass doors to the oceanfront balcony were extremely difficult to open (latches didn't work properly) and once opened, had no screens to keep insects out.

Very nice, would stay again

Clean, comfortable, and spacious. Wonderful location and view. Exceptionally large balcony. Only drawback was getting the tv's and remotes working.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Disappointing immediate first impression. Entrance was rusted and screen door was dirty. As we unpacked in the master bedroom and plugged in our electronics the items on top of the end table were layered with dust and the baseboard and floor area behind the end tables were also dirty. As I retrieved a dropped cell phone there was food and debris underneath the couch . Shower curtain liners in the queen and twin rooms were so old they wouldn’t seal the shower area resulting in water all over the floor. A service call was required to get all of the TV boxes working. The sitting room box was replaced and multiple remotes were discardedThe ocean front deck was awesome. My recommendation would be a thorough cleaning and some low cost updating ( shower curtain liners ) . Attention to detail would bring this unit up to the advertised 9.6 rating Excellent experience working with the Tidewater staff

Great, but the main TV in the living room is long in the tooth.

Everything is great, but this time on my travel checklist, I added a knife sharpener. The steak knives in the knife block were as dull as butter knives or case knives as my wife caused them. I sharpened them all on my last trip.We have learned to carry down our Amazon fire stick so we can get YouTube and YouTube TV on the main TV. This time, last week, we were not able to get YouTube TV. Either the TV is sorely out of date or the Internet is shotty. I tried calling technical support, but we could not get it to work, so we defaulted to cable which is arcane.The television needs to be updated. One can purchase an up-to-date TV with a far better picture and better capabilities from warehouse for only a few hundred dollars. This really needs to be done. The picture quality is drab and un colorful. This really needs to be updated.When we first arrived, the powered recliner chair was completely unplugged for some reason. I plugged it back and it works properly. Also, the lamps in the living room were unplugged. I plugged them in and replace the bulb in one of the lamps.Other than this, everything looks nice in the unit and the property. This time around, we had a horrific time finding a cart to move our belongings from the car to the unit. Maybe we just hit it wrong.I did notice in the medians on Highway 17 in Pawleys Island looked shabby. They were overgrown with weeds and generally unkept. Don’t know what to say about this but state the obvious.

Perfect place to stay in Litchfield! And what a view-from sunrise to sunset. Three bedrooms, two baths and plenty of room to just lounge around.

Perfection

The setting of the condo exceptionally well landscaped and quiet. The condo was very comfortable, roomy, and the kitchen was well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the spacious and well-furnished balcony overlooking the beach. Access to groceries was very convenient. Interactions with Tide Life were easy, efficient, and pleasant.

Great, as usual, but noisier this time

Reviewer Comments: Our experience with Tide Life Realty was superb as usual. Our property at LBS, was wonderful as usual, but much, much noisier. The roofing crew were busy at work banging out [replacing] the from green metal roof over the drive through, with their Mexican music, and noisy talking above the din of their working. Then, directly above our unit, there must have been some significant renovation, including the replacement of major appliances. This lasted into the evening, past working hours. In the master bedroom bath on the left vanity, there appears to be no faucet gasket. It's loose, and it appears there may be some leakage under the sink onto the floor of the under cabinet.

Wonderful Stay in Litchfield

Beautiful condo

The property was in a great location with beautiful beach views. The sliding glass doors in the living room that lead out to the patio should be replaced as they are now cloudy and prevent seeing the beautiful view from the inside. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything that we needed. The bedrooms were nice and the beds were comfortable.

Great but needs some TLC.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We return to our favorite spot at our favorite location at the beach. We love one to the Litchfield Pawleys Island area on the Hammett Coast and we love dealing with Todd life. We also love the one unit and we want to keep it good so we mention little items that require attention. The knives, particularly the steak knives are all accounted for, but they are quite useless. I would go buy some knives that are sharp to begin with and have a prayer of being sharpened by the steel in the wooden block. There is a towel stuffed in the corner of the sliding doors in the den to prevent it from whistling in the night. I do not believe the toaster oven works and if it does, the pan in it is nasty.

The management company was great with communication and had a repairman there on check in day to replace a tv and light bulbs reported by previous renters. The master was large. Only thing I would suggest to owners is updating it.

Lovely view

The confo was very roomy and accommodating. The kitchen was well stocked. Very clean. The pool and beach are a short walk. There were extra pillows in the closet but no pillow cases. I called the property manager and they delivered them promptly. I would rent this property again.
