Beach Reunion is proud to offer to our guests this beautiful and spacious vacation home featuring an immaculate layout for large families and a massive/newly renovated pool and spa. This 7-bedroom, 5.5 bath home will feature use of a luxurious kitchen and dining area, a two car garage, a golf cart, 3 King Suites, 3 King Bedrooms plus a Custom Bunk Room for the young ones.



Upon entry, guests will find an inviting and open-air foyer with a grand staircase and crystal-clear lighting. Southbound features a fresh and updated kitchen and dining room with space for the entire family to enjoy time together. Luxurious accents and amenities at every turn with granite countertops, stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, double ovens, gas cooktop range, two dishwashers and microwave. The dine in island/breakfast bar features seating for 6 in plush barstools. The well crafted and cozy dining room off the kitchen has seating for 8 guests with beautiful views surrounding the table.



Just off the kitchen and dining area, enjoy a cup of coffee or a movie night in the sitting area with seating for 6 guests, a large flat screen TV and DVD player. The beauty of this room is the open air “observatory” style ceiling with large windows for maximum lighting overhead and an overlook from the second floor into the first. Step outside to the patio where there’s yet another large flat screen TV, plenty of seating and what could be the crown jewel of this property, the pool. This beautiful newly renovated pool/spa area boasts a massive swim up ledge, an overflow spa, plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing and lots of space to splash around. Enjoy use of the private BBQ grill or head up to the sun deck on the second floor for even more Florida sunshine and fun.



We didn’t spare any expense on luxury for the amenities, why should the sleeping arrangements be any different? Head inside when the day ends for a good night’s rest in one of 3 King Suites, 3 King Bedrooms or the large custom-built bunk room. On the first floor, 2 King Suites with Private Bathrooms, with the Master King Suite featuring double vanities and a large, jetted tub, shower and water closet. Up the grand staircase, guests will enjoy 3 additional King Bedrooms, 1 King Suite and the bunk room with 2 sets of custom-built Queen over Queen bunk beds with a seating area and flat screen TV. The access to the large sun deck is just out the French doors from this bunk room.



From the front door to the crystal clear pool, we know that Southbound would be perfect for your next family getaway to celebrate a holiday, a birthday or to watch the big game. Enjoy all of the amenities that the gated community of Destiny East has to offer including tennis courts, a community pool and long walking/running trails throughout. This location has close access to the Destin Commons shopping center as well as Destin’s finest dining. We’re looking forward to seeing you as you get a little…Southbound!



* Beach access is conveniently located down the street. This home has PUBLIC beach access at the Crab Trap.



* This home rents only Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months.



* College/Student groups are Not allowed. All renters must be 25 and older, with the exception of children and families.



* Weddings/Events are Not Permitted at this property



Additional Features:



Electric Street Legal Golf Cart Rentals — We offer electric street legal golf cart rentals to Beach Reunion guests only and at a substantially lower rate than our competitors in the Destin/Miramar Beach area. If you are familiar with this area you know from past vacations that their popularity makes traveling to and from the beach a breeze and convenient for quick errands to the store, even for that last minute shopping spree! They also make shuttling services hassle-free for weddings or events. By reserving a cart rental through us you will not have to worry about any of that unwanted dirt or sand getting into your car while trying to enjoy your vacation!



Pool Heat — From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $100/day or $700/week. (Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Must purchase pool heat for spa to be heated. The spa does not operate like a stand alone hot tub. The spa will only reach the same temperature as the pool, 86 Degrees Max. Outside of the dates spa cannot be heated.)



Beach Chair Service: From March 1-October 31, "Southbound" guests will receive 1 set of complimentary beach service through La Dolce Vita! These chairs can be located at the"Crab Trap" on Scenic Highway 98. For any additional chairs, the beach attendant can assist in reserving directly on site or you can call LDV directly.



Sojo Amenities: Beach Reunion is proud to announce our new partnership with Sojo! Each home will now include a starter supply of the following Sojo amenities:

Bathrooms: Message Body Bar, Body Lotion, Body Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, Hand/Body Bar, and Linen Spray. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Kitchen Wipes, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the home! About 3 to 5 days prior to guests arrival date an email for check-in will be sent to the email address on file. The email will contain everything about the home and information needed during your stay. All homes are keyless entry with a code made specific for each guest. All homes are self check-in. Standard check in time is at 3pm. We ask that guests do not attempt to go to the property unless given access before 3pm.

Free concierge services- our concierge can help you plan the vacation of a lifetime!



All linens and bath towels are provided. Please provide your own beach/pool towels.



Starter set of supplies. We will get you started and you take it from there! Includes toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and dish washing liquid.



This home has a private gas grill. Propane is included.



Interaction with Guests:

With our offices open 7 days a week, it makes it easy to get in touch with us for all your vacation needs! Our office hours are 9am to 5pm central time. You can get in contact with us either by email or phone!



We do ask that within the first 24 hours of your arrival to your home, if you find anything that needs the services of our housekeeping staff members or our maintenance team members that you notify us here at the office directly. We like to ensure that everything during your stay with us is held to high standards, so if anything unforeseen does arise, we want to quickly dispatch the right people as soon as possible! We want you to enjoy your vacation and stay with us and not delay any of your time!
