Built in 2022, this vacation home in the prestigious Dunes of Destin community is a dream come true. This home features three stunning levels of clean lines, spacious bedrooms, gorgeous tile bathrooms, two laundry nooks and large living/dining spaces.



The rooftop terrace has panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico in multiple directions. This home is just a short 2-minute walk to the private beach access! You can hop from the pool to the shore in no time!



This magnificent vacation home features sleeping arrangements for your whole family & friend group! Soak up plenty of Florida sunshine and enjoy some amazing amenities such as a custom-built summer kitchen with KitchenAid grill, large pool and private pool deck, and outdoor dining for 6+. This property, perfectly placed on the corner for easy parking access, features both a single and a double garage for 3 cars and room for 2 more outside.



Guests will never feel crowded in their bedrooms or living spaces. On the first floor, guests will have access to 3 sets of custom-built tri-bunks for the kids to accommodate 9. Guests of this floor have access to a full bathroom, shared with the outdoor summer kitchen, with large vanity and custom tiled shower. The first floor also opens up to the pool deck into a breezy living room with panoramic window views for maximum sunshine.



Up the stairs to the second floor, guests will find a beautiful sitting area off of the open concept dining and kitchen areas. The gourmet kitchen features top of the line stainless steel appliances, a large island with built in sink and dishwasher, and ample cabinet space. Dishes are a cinch with the large basin sink and secondary dishwasher, as well as fully furnished cabinets with all dishes and cookware for the perfect family meal. The high top dining tables comfortably seat up to 8 guests. Sleeping arrangements on the second floor include two king suites with private baths and balconies for maximum privacy.



On the third floor, guests are greeted still with plenty of living space and luxurious comforts of home. Just off of the sitting/living area on this floor is a half bathroom and a wet bar with a sink, microwave and mini fridge.  Sleeping arrangements on this floor include a king suite with private bathroom and balcony, a king suite with shared living area full bathroom, a bunk nook with two sets of queen/queen bunks, and another king suite with a private bathroom and balcony.



Last but certainly not least, nirvana on the rooftop deck is a luxury not all vacation rentals feature and it’s yours here on Sandprint Circle. Climb the spiral staircase to soak up maximum sun and gulf views for morning coffee or an evening cocktail and see what all of the fuss is about as your troubles melt away.



When you are ready to get out and explore, check out a local ecotourism spot where you can enjoy the water and learn about our local environment. There are also places up and down Hwy 98 to rent kayaks and paddleboards. You will find dining options just a short drive away. If you are looking for something new, you are not far from Fort Walton Beach or 30A, FL! Other nearby conveniences include shopping, live music, festivals, and fireworks at Harbor Walk Village; popular restaurants and bars; grocery stores; and more.

Dunes of Destin Community Guidelines:



Wristbands are required to access the beach gate and pool. Wristbands Provided in Home.

No weddings, pets, loud music, fires, fireworks, glass, underage drinking or funneling.

Personal beach umbrellas, tents, tarps, shading screen, clip on umbrellas, flags, etc. are not allowed. Exceptions: Medical exceptions which are approved at board meetings and Infant Shades no higher than 36”.



Beach Service: Beach Chairs Provided to guests March 1 through October 31 by Sunset Beach Service! Guests Get to Enjoy 1 Free Set up of 2 Chairs for their stay.



No lifeguard is on duty at the communal pool, swim at your own risk, and obey all rules posted.

Garbage: Place garbage/recycle in containers provided by Waste Management – only garbage/recycle placed in containers will be collected. Please be sure vehicles are not blocking or limiting access for moving containers to/from curb.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:



Private Elevator- This home features a private elevator. This is an optional $350 fee to use during guests stays. Guests who opt out of the fee will not have the elevator for use during their stay.*Private Elevator for Baggage or Guests Unable to Climb Stairs ONLY.*



Pool Heat - From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.



Margarita Machines - Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach.
