LE PRIVILIANE - Bel et grand appartement

We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Marseilles, this charming apartment with wifi, of a surface of 120 m ² and being able to accomodate to ten travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 33 m², equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

The apartment is ideally located in Marseille, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also of stores, restaurants, bars, market...

The apartment is composed as follows
- a living room of 33 m² with TV
- a fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- five bedrooms with 5 double beds
- two bathrooms with shower
- a separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Given the residential area, no parties or noise pollution will be tolerated.
We are in constant contact with our neighbors, who ensure that the area remains calm.
Should we receive any complaints about noise pollution, we will be obliged to cancel your reservation without refund. We thank you for your understanding.

Transport :
- The T3 tramway line passes at the foot of the building, the Metro lines 1 and 2 are accessible at the Castellane station located 3 stops away.
- The nearest parking lot is the Q-Park Baret Saint-Ferréol.
- The Saint Charles train station is 15 minutes away by transport via Metro 2 Station Notre-Dame du Mont but also on foot.
- The airport is accessible by shuttle bus to the Saint Charles train station but we advise you to use cabs or Uber drivers.

It looked just like the photos, with comfortable rooms and a brilliant kitchen and living space. Communication and key collection was really easy and we felt welcome and ready for our stay. We also found the accommodation quiet and peaceful for sleeping. You are 10 minutes from the port and a stroll from delicious eateries. Highly recommend staying here"

Location was good with maybe a 8 minute walk to the old port area where most of the bars and restaurants are. A couple of supermarkets within 2 min walk and a fantastic boulangerie in the road behind about 3 mins away which sold the most fabulous bread. Very happy with the flat and a nice calm oasis away from the very busy central tourist areas.

The location was amazing: 10 minute walk to the Vieux Port and no more than 25 minute walk to everything we did.

A couple points for improvement: communication was always in French when they knew my language was English, trash had to be taken out a block and a half away, high cleaning fee considering we had to leave with all dishes put away and far walk to remove the trash. The house was nicely provisioned with plenty of linens and all the serveware we needed. The bedrooms were all equal in size. The towels were more than ample for our party of five adults. We named the resident ghost Fred who visited all of us at night.

Le Priviliane I really recommend this place for a large group to enjoy Marseille. We booked it for a week over Christmas and felt right at home with a one year old. A lot of great shops, la Canebière, le Vieux Port and Marseille St Charles are at a walking distance - so no need for a car if you're looking to enjoy the city centre. You'll have all, if not more than you need to cook large meals and even bake. Each of the five room is comfy and roomy and well equipped as well as the two bathrooms. The living room is very agreable too. For the internet addicts, be ready for a slow WiFi connection - but it wasn't an issue for us and helped us disconnect over the holidays. And finally, good and clear communication pre-arrival via automated emails and texts; a checkin with Damia who clear instructions abd flexibility as well with the checkin.

Le Priviliane The apartment was very spacious, all bedrooms were good sized doubles. The living area was very big and had a large dining table with plenty of space for everyone to sit around. There was 2 toilets and 2 showers across 3 bathrooms which was very convenient for a large group. If the beds were more comfortable it would have made the stay perfect. The apartment is on the second floor with no lift so may not be suitable for some people. The location was brilliant - 5 mins walk to Cours Julien, 5 mins walk to the port, 25 mins walk to the beach. The communication with the check in/out team was very good too but the agency could not confirm whether or not we'd be able to arrange an early check in until the day before the arrival date which made our plans a little bit difficult to organise. Overall a very good stay which we'd highly recommend to other large groups.

The ceiling fans are a given in European apartments but was especially great it was working smoothly (summer heat) & remote control. The apartment was clean (the chairs, table and some dishes were dirty but no fuss, we cleaned them) - cleaning products were available. Clean bathrooms and spacious living space. Very chic area, majority of things are walking distance and with 9 of us there was still space to do whatever we wanted. Host was extremely responsive and so helpful too - will definitely be coming back if I do another big girl group trip. Cons: • Wifi does not reach everywhere and sometimes quits. I had to use my mobile hotspot to use smart tv whenever we had our lazy chill moments • Leaky shower in the big bathroom- we had to always mop the floor because of a puddle per person Overall I highly recommend this place if you are in need of stunning, spacious & fun place for a big group trip!"

Le Priviliane Es hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Die Unterkunft sieht so aus wie auf den Bildern. Das einzig zu bemängelnde ist das WLAN, das leider nicht sehr gut funktioniert hat. Auch hat der Geschirrspüler nicht funktioniert. Sonst war alles super - tolle Lage, gute Übergabe, sehr sauber. Ideal für Familien oder Ferien mit Freunden.
