Recently renovated, Hibiscus Villa (formerly Oleander Villa) showcases a bright, mid-century modern aesthetic, thoughtfully refreshed while preserving its original Florida charm. Tucked away in a lush, garden-like setting, this inviting retreat offers a peaceful escape just moments from the beach.

Inside, a bright and comforting living space will greet you with brand new sofa and reading chair. The fully equipped kitchen was completely remodeled and stocked with everything you need. You will also find a spacious king bedroom with a dressing area and ensuite bathroom featuring a sleek walk-in shower. Both the bedroom and living room include cable TV for entertainment.

Step out onto your private deck, a quiet oasis surrounded by greenery. With seating for two, it’s the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee, unwind with a book, or enjoy a relaxing evening with a glass of wine.

On the grounds you will also find a shared laundry facility. The cottage also includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality luxury linens. We also provide plenty of bath and beach towels.

New for 2026, this amazing property now features a gym facility with free weights and exercise bike so you can stay in shape or work off that key lime pie!

The Island Garden Villas are composed of 6 individual and private cottages. Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway or a large family get-together this is the ideal spot. You can rent one or all of the cottages. Perfect spot for destination wedding guests!

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO

At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by BEACH BOUTIQUE RENTALS for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

We require an initial 25% deposit with final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.

Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Beach Boutique cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.

PET POLICY:

If you wish to bring a small dog please notify us. A fee of $150 + tax is required in advance for each pet you are bringing.

Due to property insurance policies and liability concerns NO dangerous breeds or aggressive animals are allowed. The following breeds (purebred or crossbred) are not permitted:

Pit Bull, Akita, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chows, Any Wolf-dog hybrid, Any other dog that has been known to have bitten anyone

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday check-in during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Our cleaning fee includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality linens such as those at a fine hotel. We also provide plenty of luxury bath and beach towels.

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
