As you step onto the Island Garden Villas property, you’ll be greeted by the charm of its botanical courtyard, complete with vibrant tropical plants and a serene fountain. Recently fully renovated, Plumeria Villa now features a bright and clean mid-century modern interior design, thoughtfully updated while retaining its original Florida character. Nestled in lush tropical surroundings, Plumeria Villa offers a serene and enchanting escape just steps from the beach.

The accommodations include a luxurious bedroom with a king-sized bed and dressing room, a cozy living area featuring a separate seating area, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay. The updated bathroom boasts a walk-in shower for your convenience. Cable TV is available in both the living room and bedroom for your entertainment.

Step out to your private back porch, surrounded by lush greenery. This secluded spot offers cozy seating for two, making it the ideal space to enjoy your morning coffee, read a book, or relax with a glass of wine.

On the grounds you will also find a shared laundry facility. The cottage also includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality luxury linens. We also provide plenty of bath and beach towels.

The Island Garden Villas are composed of 6 individual and private cottages. Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway or a large family get-together this is the ideal spot. You can rent one or all of the cottages. Perfect spot for destination wedding guests!

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO

At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by BEACH BOUTIQUE RENTALS for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

We require an initial 25% deposit with final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.

Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Beach Boutique cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.

PET POLICY:

If you wish to bring a small dog please notify us. A fee of $150 + tax is required in advance for each pet you are bringing.

Due to property insurance policies and liability concerns NO dangerous breeds or aggressive animals are allowed. The following breeds (purebred or crossbred) are not permitted:

Pit Bull, Akita, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chows, Any Wolf-dog hybrid, Any other dog that has been known to have bitten anyone

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday check-in during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Our cleaning fee includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality linens such as those at a fine hotel. We also provide plenty of luxury bath and beach towels.

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
