The home has recently undergone renovations and upgrades, including new windows and doors, a new AC system, a full-size stove, updated kitchen shelving and appliances, a new TV, and custom living and dining room furniture. These improvements create a fresh, inviting atmosphere designed for comfort and convenience.

Boasting two comfortable bedrooms and space for up to five lucky guests, this beachfront escape is perfect for families or small groups. Switch on the gas stove in your well-equipped kitchenette to prepare cost-saving, home-cooked meals, or reheat yesterday’s leftovers in the microwave. Dine together, then settle into your cozy living area to watch TV. Central AC keeps the entire space cool and comfortable.

Guests also enjoy access to a shared outdoor pool — perfect for working on your tan or cooling off after a day of exploring.

Located in Southern Belize at a peaceful complex in the Maya Beach neighborhood on the beautiful Placencia Peninsula, the property sits adjacent to miles of stunning white-sand beaches and rolling waves. When you're not lounging by the pool or soaking up the sun, grab takeout from nearby restaurants (including one right next door), or visit the supermarket just north in Seine Bight to stock up on ingredients for home-cooked meals. This condo was so bliss - on the beach, fully equipped kitchen, rooms are big and very clean each with restroom, master bedroom perfectly facing the beach so night time was so relaxing with excellent sleep to the sound of sea waves, porch was perfect for night time wine with starry skies view and gorgrous morning sunrises - simply spectacular!

Perfect location and setting

This was the best place for us to relax and enjoy the ocean. The weather was everything from thunder and storms to hot and sunny in our two-weeks. We had the perfect view steps away from the ocean, where we played, snorkeled and watched the weather change. Absolutely recommend this location to anyone wanting a quiet place close enough to all the action when we wanted to participate.

This condo is on the Placencia Peninsula, virgin sea water, providing an ambiance to enjoy total relaxation and away from crowds. The condo us fully equipped with a kitchen where I cooked healthy savory meals. The master bedroom is next to the beach - heavenly sleeps to the sound of sea waves, the porch has a spectacular view of sunrises full of splendor and magical colors. Cannot wait to return. Host is super attentive and condo was clean.

It was a beautiful spot on a Caribbean beach, just steps from our front porch. The unit was as advertised, and we had a wonderful 2 week stay. This is a group of condo's, not a resort. No restaurant or bar, no housekeeping unless you pay for it, but the freshwater pool was great!

Clean, lux, beautiful location

I loved sitting on the porch, beach, and poolside reading my books as the waves crashed and my kids played. I slept to the sounds of the waves on the beach, just outside my window. My kids noticed a lot of small bugs (mini ants, maybe?). Two bathrooms for my family of five was wonderful, as was the option of pool or beach for swimming & lounging. Plenty of seating for us to watch a movie together as well. I just wish I had paid more attention to the location so I could have planned my travel better. 4 hour+ drive to the international airport in Belize City… it was rough, since “air conditioned” means something different to AQ car rental in Belize than it does to me. I will figure this stuff out and I’ll be back, bc the location of this condo was incredible!
