Surfside Luxury Beach Villa, recently renovated!

Surfside Villa is a beautifully (recently remodeled) Ocean View Caribbean 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo located within Palmas del Mar resort in Humacao, PR. 50 minute drive from the Luis Munoz Marin International Airport. The condo was built in the 1970's.

The second level Villa has an open concept layout that connects the kitchen bar, living room, and ocean view patio. The living room has a comfy sleeper sofa (queen), one leather recliner, a bean bag for adults and children and flat-screen TV. The ocean view patio has a 4-people outdoor dining table great for a morning coffee.

The bedroom has 1 brand new king size bed with flat-screen TV and patio views. The bedroom also has separate doors for direct access to the ocean view patio/balcony.

Surfside Villa has a beautiful and spacious kitchen, new stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, electric stovetop and oven, and all the cooking accessories you need for an extended stay. You’ll love how the cook is always part of the group – whether folks are in the living room or patio.

Good News! All remodeling phases (4) of the property have been completed, with new AC mini splits, new folding doors in the bedroom/patio, new blackout curtains in the bedroom, brand new hybrid mattress, new window in the living room, new shades, new kitchen cabinets hardware, new washer and dryer, and brand new stove and dishwasher.

Beautiful View

The pictures dont do justice to the beautiful view. The villa was very clean. Villa is located next to the Wyndham so you get easy acces to their restaurants and Coffee Shop. Will definitely book again. Thank you Blanca.

Lovely Property

This place was so wonderful. The overall property was very beautiful, and the condo itself was super clean. It has everything you need and more. So many extra details like a snack basket, toothpaste and brushes if you forgot, and many other things. The owner was very quick and easy to communicate with. I would return her and recommend it to family and friends.

Truly a gem

STAY HERE! Blanca’s property is everything it says it is and more. It is truly a home away from home. Cleanliness - immaculate. It surpassed my expectations on every level. Her kitchen is clean. Her bathroom and bedroom were clean. There is a door outside the entryway to the unit where you can place trash and they pick it up daily in the mornings. We tried very hard to leave things almost as nice as we found them. Communication - Blanca responded back to my messages almost instantly. I was amazed at her response time. And while we had no issues, she was a HUGE help with every question we had. She leaves very specific requests about how to help keep the property at its highest level. Follow them and there should be no problems. We turned on the dehumidifiers…..literally nothing for you to do except turn them on and empty them when they fill up with water. We kept the AC set at 22, the optimal temperature, and we kept the laundry door shut. These seemingly small things are a big help in preventing mold formation and preventing other degradation to the unit. I hope everyone does their part to keep her place as nice as it is. Location - Your view is the beach. While not a beach you can swim in (due to dangerous water conditions), you can go take pictures on the water and just enjoy the view and sounds of it. Waking up to that every morning was amazing. Amenities - Her appliances are like brand new; they are so clean. Her silverware, dishes, etc. Bonus electric wine bottle opener. Nice, clean, fluffy towels. Truly almost anything you can think of, she has there ready and available for your use. Pool - The Beach Village pool is available for your use, however, the Wyndham’s pool is right across the parking lot from this unit and it’s sooo nice. Alas, it does not belong to Beach Village. That didn’t bother us, though. We never visited the pool once while we were there because we always headed out to the beach. Luquillo is a short drive away and has tranquil, clear, and calm waters. Blanca takes care of this property as if it is truly her own home and she is letting you stay over as her guest. We felt so at home here. We make an annual trip to PR to visit family and we hope to book with Blanca again. You will not regret booking here! My only regret is not replacing her laundry detergent. Sorry Blanca.That was the one thing I had intended to do before we left. (We use the same brand at home)!BestErin Espinosa

Perfect Ocean View

This beach villa was incredible. Being located in a large gated community it felt safe, the villa itself was clean, quiet, and equipped with thoughtful touches to make your stay comfortable and convenient.

Wonderful and Relaxing

I have nothing but good things to say about our stay. First of all, Blanca is top notch. Very welcoming, and quick to answer any questions. She is sure to check on you to make sure everything is going wonderful. As for the place, the location is perfect, right next to the beach. Sitting on the patio and enjoying the views was one of our favorite things to do. Also, I have stayed at many condos through this app, but I will say that I have never stayed at one with so many things provided for you. Every little thing you could possibly need to enjoy yourself is provided. I will definitely be remembering Blanca and this amazing condo, next time we visit Puerto Rico.

ALMOST HEAVEN...Puerto Rico!!!

This was an incredible stay for my husband and I for my 7th anniversary! Beautiful home in a breathtaking resort. Less than a 2 minute walk to the beach, the pool, and an onsite restaurant. Golf cart rental available for additional exploring of the resorts shopping, eating and playing. Short drive to Walmart, grocery stores and other shopping. Great area to explore both on and off the resort. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful, check in was beyond easy, building was safe and secure in a gated community. We could not have asked for more. The view was incredible and the room was so relaxing that we had trouble leaving to explore the rest of Puerto Rico. The owners were super accommodating with snacks and food available on site, even allowing us to check in several hours early!!! We truly could not have asked for a better stay. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Exelente estadia para aniversario.

Pasamos 4dias para nuestro aniversario. Me habia quedado anteriormente en palmas del mar. La experiencia en este apartamento fue exelente, la comunicacion con Blanca fue exelente. El apto es de show con buena vista al mar y equipado de todo. Definitivamente lo recomendamos.

Ocean View, beach access, beautiful lay out. Beach Village was built in 1973. My guests can use all the amenities at the Palmas del Mar Resort, is safe and very peaceful.

The villa is beautiful; the biggest benefits is the short walk to the beach...the ocean view while you are preparing breakfast, lunch or dinner, the sound of the ocean and the peaceful nights watching the stars and the moon.
