Sunset Villa is over 3000 square feet of space made up of 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a terrace with lake views and a private rooftop penthouse with space for everyone that is with you on your dream vacation to Puerto Rico. Sunset Villa comfortably sleeps 6 and a stroller and a pack and play to ease the stress of families traveling with small children

House was modern and very clean. Everything worked very well. Great that host had plenty of towels for house and beach. Washer and dryer easy to use - we only had carry on suitcases. About 15 min walk to beach and main complex with restaurants.

Clean and beautiful apartment in great area

We had a wonderful stay here as a family of 4, including my husband and 2 young kids. The place was clean, updated, and had everything we needed. Was very nice having a covered balcony off of kitchen/dining room that we could enjoy day or night, as well as a large terrace up the stairs. Walking distance to pool that we usually had all to ourselves. Felt very safe in apartment and it was in quiet area. The host was extremely responsive and helpful during our stay. Would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful spot in Las Palmas!

Great experience

We had a great experience. The property was nice and clean. We had everything that we needed. Joseph and Linda were very attentive. They were always available for any questions that we had. I recommend them.

Just wow!!

It was wonderful. Host was incredibly responsive. Any question I had he responded immediately to help. And the home was just beautiful. I only wish we could have stayed longer 😍

DO NOT STAY HERE - THEY HAVE BED BUGS!

There were a few things wrong with this place, but THE BIGGEST PROBLEM was the fact that when I arrived home I noticed two small bites on my leg and ankle. Low and behold…..BEDBUGS! Additionally, the A/C in the living does not work properly, we had to clean the bathrooms ourselves because of hair everywhere, the owner did not tell us that we needed a car remote to open the gate at night so I had to send him a note at midnight when my friends and I arrived back from dinner and dance. He did not answer so luckily someone staying there let us in and we had to walk to the condo to search the the gate opener to buzz us in. I would NOT EVER STAY here again. Beware!

Happy New Year visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at this beautiful home of Joseph and Linda. It was awesome watching the New Year's Eve local fireworks from the rooftop balcony. The property is just as advertised and Joseph was amazingly prompt to address our questions. The cleaning crew had apparently forgotten to leave any sponges or paper towels to use for cleaning. When I sent a quick message to Joseph asking where we might find some on New Year's Eve, the next-door neighbor knocked on the door not 5 minutes later with two rolls of paper towels. The owner's care and concern for the enjoyment of the guests is obvious. Would stay here again. Highly recommend this host and this property.

Best rental in Puerto Rico!

This condo is in a great location in a beautiful, very safe (guarded gates) development. Palmas Del Mar is gorgeous, with golf courses, a beach, community pool and walking paths. There is a really pretty plaza area with restaurants and a small convenience store that is walking distance to the condo. The condo is perfectly clean, a great size with 3 large bedrooms, and clean, nice bathrooms. The living and dining areas are large and the kitchen is well equipped. They even had paper products, spices, coffee and dish liquid, etc. until you can go to the store. They have beach chairs, beach toys, towels, a cooler and pretty much everything you can think of that you would need for a vacation! One of the best things is the large outdoor balcony seating area off the kitchen, but as a bonus, there is a large private penthouse area on the top floor, accessed by a circular staircase. We ate dinner up there several nights. Very nice outdoor furniture in both areas. The host is absolutely the best, and easy to communicate with via VRBO or via Instagram, which has current updates on the condo and area. Very responsive and helpful. I honestly can't think of any negatives, unless you need a first floor accessible unit, because this is on the second floor and there are no elevators. The Humacao area that the condo development is in is easy to get to from San Juan and I think it's a good area to reach (with a rental car) the popular areas such as Fajardo, Luquillo, and the El Yunque rainforest. I would absolutely recommend this condo and I would stay there again.

CRelaxing Property in Palmas del Mar

Joseph was an excellent host, guiding us prior and upon arrival, while making sure all my questions were answered. The villa is absolutely wonderful, very clean, well appointed, and located in a quiet area of Palmas del Mar, with beautiful views from the terrace. We had a few minor issues with the bathtub/shower drains, but nothing that a bit of drano won't fix or that would deter us from staying again. Everything you need for the beach or pool is provided by Joseph, even pamela hats! We are very pleased with our stay and Joseph's hospitality. Thank you Joseph!
