Casa de diseño con patio ajardinado en el océano Atlántico

Casa de nueva construcción ubicada directamente en el Océano Atlántico. Acabamos de terminar la construcción en 2013. Más de 3000 pies cuadrados de espacio interior ofrece un amplio espacio para grupos de hasta 12 en número. Gran dormitorio principal / baño en suite se encuentra en el primer piso. La cocina moderna y totalmente equipada es perfecta para organizar cenas. La sala de estar y el comedor de la planta baja y un relajante porche con ventilador de techo son perfectos para relajarse. Amplia área de arriba con una segunda sala de entretenimiento y tres amplias habitaciones completa el plano de planta. El balcón de arriba adyacente es perfecto para tomar el sol y la brisa.

Enorme patio trasero cercado con mucho espacio para jugar y relajarse y pequeñas fiestas: lote ajardinado raro con palmeras y jardín privado de flores. El acceso a la playa es proporcionado por una pasarela privada. Hermosas vistas del amanecer y el atardecer definen la propiedad.

Nice house great location! The host was extremely responsive both before and during our stay. Kitchen was well stocked and house is well maintained. Would consider staying in the future.

We had such an amazing time at the beach house! The property was exactly as described — quiet, private, and exceptionally clean. The view of the ocean was breathtaking, and the easy access to the beach made every day feel effortless and relaxing.The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and we really appreciated how peaceful the area was. It felt like our own private retreat! Very pleased with our stay. Property was as described. Love the high ceilings and open design of ground floor. Home is obviously well cared for. We have rented several houses in this area over the years - many have problems with Palmetto bugs (cockroaches) - none here, thank goodness.Kitchen well appointed. Everything you need to fix meals instead of dining out every meal. Would have liked some plastic storage bowls with lids for leftovers. Would suggest some family games and puzzles. We had several days of rain and had to get creative to keep kids entertained.Lots of toys for the beach. Nothing lacking there.Had a great time - can't wait to come back.

Family vacation

We can not say enough about this beautiful, well stocked home right on the beach. Absolutely stunning views from within the home as well as on the 3 different decks. We wondered how it would be with no pool for the week. It wasn’t even missed. There were plenty of chairs, boogie boards and toys for everyone. We had the Florida man come out and give us fishing lessons from the beach. It was such a fun activity. We caught everything from whitening, catfish, to baby sharks. A couple hammer heads as well as a black tailed shark. Plenty of room for everyone. The owners even replaced the washing machine while we were there wish I feel is great service. We recommend this home to any group wanting spectacular views with comfortable beds. Nothing negative at all in our experience. Thank you for letting us spend some relaxing family time in your home.

Family Beach Vacation

Our family really enjoyed being together at Southern Tide. Fred and Jessica’s beach home is perfect for our children and for our grandchildren. The space is perfect for family time or for individual quiet time. The beach is just steps away from the home. We’re so grateful to have found this beach home that is perfect for all of our needs.

Steps to the beech no wagon needed!

We had such a wonderful time. The home was the perfect for our friend reunion. Everyone was comfortable and there was plenty of seating for 10. It’s always a treat to be steps from the ocean and close to St. Augustine. The hosts were very communicative and available if we needed anything. We would 100% stay here again.

Great beach house

We enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, beds were nice, family room and kitchen are spacious. There are beautiful ocean views downstairs and upstairs. It is right on the ocean. It was cold when we were there so we did not go on the beach much, so it was great to have the beautiful views. It is so close to St. Augustine and restaurants. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. Hope to go back in the future.

Exactly what we expected!!!

Our family has stayed at this home several times over the years, and it always delivers. We love this part of the beach because it's less crowded. The home is well kept and spacious. Our dog had a blast!!! Frederick and Jessica are wonderful hosts. Thank you for more memories we won't forget!

Perfect and Private

Our family of four adults and two children enjoyed this house, directly on a private beach, very much. The common areas are roomy and the layout afforded everyone enough room to relax and soak in the ambience of a true beach vacation. It has a huge kitchen and dining area, so no one felt cramped. The home is situated right on the beach, with, at its busiest, only about 20 people out as far as the eye could see. Outdoors was refreshing and peaceful with a gentle ocean breeze. We enjoyed walking the few steps to the water, dolphin viewing, beautiful sunrises, and, our dogs loved the grassy yard. The kiddos loved the beach floats and sandcastle tools. Overall, a wonderful find for us, which made for a great vacation. We felt that we certainly got a great value for our money. Thank you for sharing your beautiful and spacious home.

Family Vacation June 2024

We had such a great time here at Ponte Vedra Beach and St. Augustine. Your home was just as described. We had 6 adults and two grandkids that were 2. The house was well equipped and we had everything we needed. The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had. We also appreciated the help in finding a deep sea fishing charter. Private beach house

This home is located in an area where there is now public access. So it was very private and quiet on the beach. This home was fully stocked. No need to bring beach chairs, towels. Had detergent for laundry. Soaps shampoo, conditioner etc. Don’t hesitate to book.

Great Getaway!

Owners could not have been nicer and more accessible. We only stayed for a short time but the house was just what we needed. The views were amazing and it was nice to have a little yard in the back. The beach was private and vast. Will be back!

I've called Jacksonville home for 25 years and have served as an emergency physician in the area since completing my residency at Shand's Hospital. Having traveled extensively along the Florida coast, I can confidently say that South Ponte Vedra Beach is one of the most beautiful and unspoiled regions in the state. The coastal wildlife, from the expansive bird preserve across the street to the vibrant St. John's River fishery, is unparalleled.

Our house is situated on the northern part of South Ponte Vedra Beach, a particularly sought-after area. Across A1A lies Guana River State Park, home to a large tidal estuary and a bird and wildlife preserve. This vast preserve attracts an abundance of pelicans, ospreys, egrets, cranes, and wood storks, which you can often see flying overhead and feeding in the ocean. This section of the beach remains free from commercial development, preserving its natural beauty. The beach is wider in this area than it is further south and remains largely untouched by the potential erosion that storms can bring.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The house is large (3000 sf) and rebuilt in 2013. As such, guests enjoy a vacation right on the sand without having to tolerate the musty, beach-shack experience that can be found in older homes. As the photos portray, the house is well appointed and beautifully decorated.
