The flat has two separate bedrooms and a living room with sofa bed. It is perfect for a couple, a family or a group. Comfortable and useful. THE BUILDING & THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The building is a typical Roman building from the Sixties, with a large and elegant entrance with door-man, two elevators and red carpet on the stairs. The neighborhood is residential and green and you will find everything you need in the surroundings : restaurants, pharmacy, shops and an excellent bakery are just around the corner! There is also a supermarket open 24/7. Gea will give more specific advices when you get there.

THE APARTMENT
The apartment has two large double bed-room for guests, a full equipped American kitchen, a hall, a dining room and lounge, a corridor, a bathroom. The apartment is naturally enlighten during the day by three big windows that give to a tree-lined road.

THE BEDROOMS
The main bedroom has a king-size bed, bambu artisanal wide closet, bedside tables, a comfortable rocking chair and table with chair.
The secondary bedroom has a king-size bed, bedside table, table with chair and closet. Nice and colored, perfect for children.

THE LIVING ROOM
It is an open space with a dining area and a sitting room side. Dining has American style with big lunch counter. Lounge area has a cozy comfortable sofa-bed and table, with an additional table for dinners with guests, will make your stay relaxing and stylish. The living room has a TV, DVD/CD player, audio amplifier, internet WiFi.

THE KITCHEN
The kitchen has everything you need to make a perfect dinner after your exhausting day : a vitroceramic cook top, electric oven, a microwave oven, laundry machine, dishwasher, iron and iron board and an integrated fridge with freezer as well as dishes, pans, cups and glasses.

THE BATHROOM
Finally, a huge shower in a white marble bathroom, wc, bidet, washbasin with hair dryer.

RENTAL TERMS
Casa Donatello can be rented for a minimum of three (3) nights up to three months.
Smoking is not allowed.
Pets generally are not allowed, but we can discuss about it.

Guest access
Gea will greet you at the apartment and show how it works. If she is not in town you will meet someone else.

A performance heating system guarantees a regular temperature in the apartment.
