This new and undated home was constructed in 2020. All rooms are upstairs and very close to each other. If that is not your speed than the house has a large entertainment space with very comfortable surroundings that will keep you mentally and physically at ease

Everything was great Not a single questionable event or issue. We stayed for a little over a month while waiting to close on our new home. Chris's place was close to home and school where we enrolled our daughter. Home was competitively priced with discounts for longer stays, which was a definite plus.House was exceptionally clean, and included great entertainment options like premium TV service and fast internet access. Thank you so much for your hospitable accomodations!

Great stay!

My family and I visited Orlando then St.Augustine for a few days and stayed at this location while in St Augustine. We were very happy and pleased with the home, the location and the communication with the owner! Would highly recommend!!

Perfect location

It was ideal location for us cause we were 10 minutes from our daughter and her family. That’s the reading we came and stayed for 2 months.

Weekend Get Away

The checkin was easy and house was clean. Great communication with the owner. Only suggestion is needs a toaster and recliner in living room was small Great restaurants near by and when new Publix opens will be even better. Would stay there again

Time to update decor and infrastructure. Minor: Could not figure out how to get local channels on the TV. Had a Xfinity remote, but Xfinity was not found. Major: Furniture, towels and sheets all felt like thrift store buys. Need to replace sofa, and all beds to King or Queen. had to rearrange kids room to see TV. Tall dining table not comfortable for families. Beds were only partially made, had to search for tops sheets and blankets. Towels we in a make-shift closet and seemed very old & mismatched. Suggest you have all-white towel sets hung out in each bath ( White so you can bleach them between guests) Decor felt very divorcée / bachelor-esq.

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay for family vacation. It met all of our needs and more. Great location, and beautiful property. The host was great, and was very prompt on responding to any questions we had. We will definitely try stay here again we visit the area.

Great location. Needs better housekeeping and air handler maintenance.

When we arrived the first night we weren't informed of the security system alarm. Your place is clean (for the most part) and neat. It was nice to have some basics available in the kitchen and baths. What you may not know is that the AC was struggling. We checked the air handler and the filter was filthy with lots of black dust. The air handler door slats are also very dusty!! We took it outside and tried to clean it . We texted the owner about it but it was not taken care of at all. We had to borrow a box fan. The place is hot during the day (yes we adjusted the thermostat). Ceiling fans would have made it more comfortable. We would have enjoyed an iced drink but the ice bin was one solid block of ice. Also the freezer compartment had bits of food on the bottom. The room with the bunk beds has a broken closet door, the right side does not open. Housekeeping also overlooked stuck food under the table leaves. We would have enjoyed a toaster and blender, an iron and ironing board.

Spring break

Our family had a wonderful time in your home. We visited St. Augustine, Daytona Beach, Kennedy Space Center and Jacksonville during our stay. The pool area was a huge hit with our son. We felt like we were in our home. Everything was wonderful. Thank you for a great stay!
