Wonderful house for a family, perfect central location to the beach or downtown or the towncenter. Kids loved all the open space, would definitely stay here again! We ended up staying in another house in the same neighborhood but from the pictures they look the same. Across the street from the hospital so very ideal if someone was travelling into Jacksonville for treatment.Only recommendation would be to bring a sleep mask and ear plugs as the house does back onto a busy road which you can hear at night.

Perfect location to visit Mayo Clinic

I don't think you can get much closer to the Mayo Clinic unless you stay at the onsite hotel. The primary bed was comfortable and there's plenty of towels. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. The location is great and real close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants.

Another great stay!!

This is our second year staying in the house to get away from the worst of the New York winters. We stayed in this property again due to the great experience we had last year. If we come again, we will stay again.

Stay needed for easy access to Mayo Clinic

Needed a weeklong rental for testing, surgery and a few days of recovery, as i live out of town. My daughter stayed with me. This home gave us each living space, and a full kitchen. It was Ideal for this; a quick 10 minute walk to the hospital! Very quiet, small neighborhood, although there was road noise during commutes. Master kingsize bed was softer, my preference. One queen bed was very hard. There was no cable TV other than Roku channels, just personal streaming.

Very nice!

This is a beautiful house with enough room for everyone. We are three adults and never felt like we were on top of each other. Perfect location if you have business with the Mayo Clinic. Hosts were easy to contact and always responded quickly.

Across the street from Mayo Clinic

My daughter and I needed a place close to Mayo Clinic and this was right across the street. Our host was very accommodating in letting us check in early so we could get in before the storms hit. The place was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Thank you again!

Wonderful House

What a great place and location for us to stay while our son had an appointment at the Mayo Clinic. So convenient! What a lovely home that looked even more beautiful on person than in the pictures online. We had everything we needed with thoughtful extras like coffee, detergent, paper towels, shampoo & soap at all the sinks. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent again if we ever need to visit Mayo again.

Nice Home Very Close to Mayo Hospital

The home was very clean and beautiful. Directly across from Mayo Hospital. Perfect for any family dealing with medical issues at Mayo. Everything you needed was provided and communication with Maribeth was excellent. We had an incident with a bed that broke. The bed was not a strong built structure but we were so glad we purchased the accident insurance and Maribeth was able to replace the bed quickly with a sturdier piece of furniture. We would definitely stay here again or in any home of Maribeth's. She was an excellent host.

Perfect for Mayo

My husband had an appointment with Mayo Clinic so we rented this home for convenience. Couldn’t have been any more convenient since we were across the street from the main Mayo entrance. In addition the home was lovely with all the conveniences expected and then some. The location was also convenient to Jacksonville Beach and many other local attractions. Communications with Mari Beth were easy and timely. If we need to go back we’ll be looking to rent this place again!

Great Stay at The Cove at San Pablo
