Smoking anywhere on the property will incur a $250 penalty.

Any additional guests over the reserved amount will incur a penalty of $100 per additional guest.

Per HOA rules, no commercial vehicles, no RV's, Boats, Shuttles or Trailers are allowed to park on the street or at the property overnight. A penalty of $100 per night per unauthorized vehicle will incur.

The driveway holds up to 4 vehicles and guests shall only utilize driveway parking, no exceptions. Guests are not allowed to utilize street parking. We are not responsible if your vehicle is towed.

We’ve stayed in over 20 vacation rentals the past couple of years and this one was by far the most beautiful place we’ve been in. The house was spotless, decorated perfectly, and everything was so well thought out. You can tell the hosts put real care into it.Our kids absolutely loved the garage that was turned into an extra hangout room with a pool table, ping pong, and darts. It actually made the rainy days fun and we ended up spending a lot of time together in there.The neighborhood was great too, everyone had their Halloween decorations out, and kids were outside playing which made it feel really welcoming. The location was perfect, only about 15 minutes from the beach, and easy to get anywhere we wanted to go.The hosts were super nice, very responsive, and checked in to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. If we come back to the area, we’d definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property! Our family was very comfortable, the home is beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything we needed and more. The games in the garage were a lot of fun, the beds and linens were extremely comfortable. The neighborhood is located in a great location, convenient to shopping and restaurants. We loved this house! It fit our group perfectly. The teenagers loved the game room area and the lanai. The master bedroom and bathroom was breathtaking! The owners were very responsive and helpful. We only rented for one night but if we ever come back to the area we will definitely book again.

Lovely stay

We were only in the home 1 night, but it’s a very nice home. The home is good sized so everyone has space & privacy when needed. The place was very clean. Outdoor area was cozy at night with plenty of space where we could all sit & visit together. Activities were there to keep the kids entertained. The home was furnished with about anything you could think of or need. We would definitely rent again if we are back in the area.

Beautiful Home

We are beyond happy to have found this location. Not only because it is located near family, but the location itself and surrounding area are all top notch. They have done such a stellar job at creating the most perfect place to stay while traveling. Whether it's a short stay or a long stay you will absolutely feel right at home. The decor is done so well, one could say perfection! The comfort of the beds and pillows, the cleanliness, the basics supplied...everything ties into an unforgettable stay. We will absolutely love to come back every time we are visiting family in this area. This location is a must book, very impressive.

Perfect Family Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and So Thoughtful

Our stay at The Noc Nest was nothing short of amazing. We’ve stayed at many Airbnb and VRBO rentals over the years, and nothing has ever compared to this experience.From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. Check-in and check-out were effortless. The home was immaculately clean, everything was brand new, and it was thoughtfully curated with care. It had everything we could have possibly needed—plus so many extras for our kids, including toys, a pack n play, and bath toys. Not a single detail was missed.The beds and pillows were so comfortable we checked the tags to buy them ourselves! Between the plush towels, stocked kitchen, and the peaceful screened-in lanai, the house felt like a retreat. We especially loved the high cathedral ceilings.When our toddlers kept climbing the stairs, Zachary brought over a baby gate right away. When our home’s cleaning fell through, he extended our stay and even personally connected us with a new cleaner. He didn’t just give a number—he got her on the phone and connected us directly.Zachary wasn’t just a host—he was a kind, helpful presence during a very stressful move. That kind of hospitality is rare.We’ll never forget this stay, or your graciousness to our family. We’ll be recommending The Noc Nest to all our visiting family and friends!

We live 15 minutes from the home and we designed the home with all of our favorites in mind. Growing up playing pool and ping pong made it a necessary amenity. Heading to the beach with family on the weekends made providing beach equipment an easy decision. Finally outdoor living is a huge part of living in Florida which is why we made such a cozy outdoor space in the screen in lanai. We hope you enjoy the home as much as we enjoyed creating it!

In the heart of Nocatee, this home is 1 of only 2 short term rentals in the area. This neighborhood is blooming with new construction and we wanted to provide a place for people to stay while building their home, visiting their families in Nocatee or Ponte Vedra and lastly for a beach getaway.

The style and design is very elegant and modern. The beds are the ultimate comfort sleeping arrangement. The outdoor screened porch is Florida living at it's finest. The game room is a great place to unwind, watch sports, play billiards, darts or ping pong and reflect on the amazing time you're having.
