Located on the fourth floor, this waterfront studio has gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico right from the living area. Hear the waves and watch the sunset from your private balcony. Your home a half-mile walk to Pier Park and Top Golf.

You'll have plenty of great hiking trails nearby at places like Conservation Park, Gayle's Trails, and Camp Helen State Park. Check out Shipwreck Island Waterpark or get in a little miniature golf at Goofy Golf, both less than three miles away. You'll find all your beachwear, surf gear, and accessories at Ron Jon Surf Shop, less than a mile from your front door.

Between March 15th and October 31st two beach chair rentals and an umbrella are included with each stay.

There will be construction going on from now until March 31, 2026.

House Rules
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 4.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
