Half-Timbered House in the Dordogne Valley, Surrounded by Greenery

Last house in the hamlet of Plagne, quiet, you will enjoy a beautiful view of the countryside of the Dordogne valley. The 3000 m² gently sloping land has kept its natural appearance of the Causse with stone walls.

In the garden, you will enjoy a wooden terrace of 60 m².
Six people will be able to experience a wood-fired hot tub with natural water circulation and extend their evenings to the sound of crickets.
An above ground swimming pool only protected by a 6 x 4 alarm is integrated into the terrace.
Garden furniture with parasol, sun loungers, barbecue and table tennis allow you to enjoy the summer.

The house for 6 people (100m²) offers a beautiful living space of 40 m² opening onto a south-facing terrace sheltered by a pergola. The fully equipped and modern kitchen (oven, 5 gas hobs, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, fridge / freezer) integrates into the living room. On the first floor, there is also a bedroom of 12 m² (bed 140 x 200) and a small shower room with toilet. Access to a laundry room with washing machine.
The first floor is accessible by a staircase open on one side (see photo) and which requires caution on the part of young children. It leads to 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (1m80 minimum) of 13 and 16 m² with 140 x 190 beds. A shower room (4 m²) with toilet completes the floor.

Household products, dish towels and bathroom mats are provided.
Bed linen and towels are to be brought by you.
The mattress protector and fitted sheet of the 140 x 200 bed are provided.
TV for DVD player, Hi Fi system, Wi Fi internet access.

Check-in time from 4:30 pm, check-out until 10 am.
Pets not allowed and non-smoking rental.
Water, gas and electricity included.

The village of Bétaille 2 kms away offers bakery, butchery and grocery store. In Vayrac 5 kms away, you will have a supermarket and a cinema.
Hiking trails accessible from the house are in addition to the many GR trails of the Lot (IGN maps at your disposal).
