El acceso es muy dificil

Nos costó mucho encontrar la casa, no tuvimos indicaciones del propietarioNo lo recomendaría, para acceder a la casa necesitas un todoterreno.

There were many issues that should have been resolved prior to our arrival. Here's a list of what we found:First Floor - west bedroom A/C not working. Error code E-1. Middle bedroom no power to outlets. Breaker trips instantly. Bathroom off kitchen, bottom of door rubs on the floor and doesn’t latch. Exhaust fan doesn’t work. Second floor - West bedroom door splintered top and bottom. A/C does not work. Overhead fan not workingSoutheast bathroom: towel rack falling off wall. Toilet tank leaking.Master BD- roof leak on south side of bedGeneral- Outdoor light be lower entrance flashingRum Shak light out.A/C remotes. Some work; some don’t. Batteries are exhaustedTV’s: No instructions, most remotes need batteries.The garbage disposal not functioning. Upstairs washer sounds like a rock crusher. Tripped breaker on final day. There are multiple remotes for fan, A/C and TV operation. Need instructions on what is what. There was no TV for the entire stay, which for the adults was ok, but needed something for the kids while preparing dinner.The fencing on the north side of the pool is breaking away from its anchor, "safety issue"!Thanks to Glenroy, who took care of most of the issues while we were there, however having maintenance work done while we are occupying the premises was disruptive to us. It shouldn't be up to the occupants to list the discrepancies with the VRBO, but we didn't want to be responsible for the issues upon our departure.

Amazing view.

A few issues in the beginning but Anthony was great to work with in getting things resolved. The view is absolutely amazing. The house is far from everything so it cost an arm and a leg to travel. Drivers are really expensive but also very nice.

Great for large groups

Overall great place. Large enough for families and groups. Beautiful views. Challenging first time to find. Wish they had enough coffee cups to cover the amount of people that can stay.

amazing view but woefully short on functionality and state of repair

The house is a beautiful property but lacked severely in functionality and state of repair. neither kitchen was well stocked, the lower oven did not work, the upper oven ONLY worked on the roast setting, and the center burner knob was broken and dangling. Drawers were broken, the garbage disposal was not functioning until WE purchased tools and fixed it because the smell was getting outrageous. The master shower head was dangling and spraying everywhere, soaking the toilet area, which we also were forced to repair. The master bath also has some old plugged deactivated plumbing in an area that just collects water from the shower overspray. Lower level wifi did not work, TV on lower level would also not function since there was no wifi to connect to. The lower level ceiling leaked in the hallway, and the roof leaked onto the upper level patio every single day. Ants and cockroaches were also daily visitors. overall the house and amenities were grossly over represented in the listing, and we everything was difficult to deal with and or broken.

Amazing view and great location

The pics don't do it complete justice. The property is very nice with amazing views. Its set up as 2 separate units but both are great. The pool and bar area were a nice added benefit. House is a little challenging to find the 1st time but once you find its pretty easy and central to many places. Property is very well stocked although some extra bath towels and blankets would have been nice but plenty of beach towels. Overall a very nice property!

Amazing weekend getaway

We had amazing days at the Villa! The view of the balcony is breathtaking and the house is super spacious! We were able to enjoy a bbq day by the pool as well. Anthony was an amazing host and very attentive!

Best view ever

The property was just as advertised. Love love the whole house. The balcony was everything. Dinner out on the balcony was amazing. Best part was the view! Absolutely breathtaking. Communication with the owner was perfect. I would absolutely rent the property again. St. Thomas is beautiful but very expensive so have your pockets ready

Extremely disappointed

Where do I begin? We arrived after check and the house was a complete mess from the previous guests. The cleaning crew was there for FIVE hours after check in (8pm). There were absolutely no towels or linens. I had to beg the property manager to drop them off and they did not arrive until about 9pm. No beach towels despite specifically asking the host this before my arrival. The AC didn’t work in the downstairs living room and was just told “it worked before you arrived” and the problem was not resolved during our 4-day stay. TVs upstairs and downstairs did not work. Had to ask for extra toilet paper, paper towels, and detergent. Master bedroom overhead lights did not turn off. Pool area full of cigarette butts and empty beer cans. For the above reasons, we had maintenance men in and out of the house EVERY. Single. Day. Throughout our stay. It was a running joke with my friends that we should add him to the Splitwise. The host then had the gall to accuse me of leaving lipstick stains on the towels. You will be lucky enough to even get towels during your stay. Avoid at all costs.

Great property with awesome views

We had a few MINOR issues with plumbing and supplies but we contacted the property manager; Anthony and within an hour everything was resolved. I only mention this because I want you to know that their customer service is top notch. The property is secluded with amazing ocean views so you will need to hire a driver or rent a car. We hired a driver and so glad we did as the roads are narrow and driving can be difficult. Feel free to contact me with specific questions.
