With panoramic views of Charlotte Amalie, the Harbor, and the Caribbean Sea, this exquisite estate offers three distinct villas surrounded by lush tropical gardens and plenty of outdoor entertainment spaces. From watching the sun rise over the island to witnessing the town light up at night, every moment spent here is a breathtaking experience.

Each villa is adorned with Caribbean-inspired décor and equipped with living and dining areas indoors and out, along with a fully stocked kitchen. The main villa can accommodate the entire group for socializing and dining, featuring two large refrigerators and everything a Chef could need. The private outdoor pool and lounge area, complete with several lounge chairs, a grill, and an outdoor shower, provide a relaxing space for guests to unwind and bask in the Caribbean sun.

Explore the estate's tropical gardens to discover additional gathering spaces, or retreat to one of the five spacious king bedrooms or the loft space with a twin over double bunk, each with an ensuite bathroom for ultimate privacy. Fully air-conditioned and with ample parking inside the villa gate, Reel Paradise Estate also features a fully automatic generator to ensure uninterrupted enjoyment of this luxurious getaway. We absolutely loved the property! It has everything you need and more. The view of St Thomas is amazing! The pool is well maintained and offers plenty of seating. Having the separate villa and additional downstairs apartment area was perfect for 5 adults that wanted their own bedroom and attached bathroom. Delano made the check in process easy and we highly recommend you ask about Larry’s availability to be your driver during your stay. He was a pleasure to work with and he knows how to navigate the narrow roads and traffic. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, dishes, etc. so we suggest taking advantage of that and the patio grills. Restaurants aren’t walking distance so this was a huge plus. The owners of this property thought of everything - definitely 10/10!

The estate was exactly what had we hoped for. We had a group of 9 staying and we decided to book all 6 rooms based on the range of needs with our group. The property was incredible and the views from the pool And upstairs deck took our breath away for 5 straight days. The kitchen was perfect for preparing group dinners and had an abundance of pots, pans, plates, etc… having two full size refrigerators was also really nice. The pool and the deck were used for multiple hours every day. One of our favorite things about he property was that you could get to town in about 6 minutes with the rental car and also to Magens bay in about 8 minutes. A couple of us fell in love with the coffee shop at Sibs restaurant that was a 2 minute drive from the property.
