Welcome to your relaxing getaway that's close to trails, town and golf course :)

This is a newly updated townhome with vaulted ceilings that boats 1365 Sq Feet and it feels even bigger. It has 2 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (1 downstairs and 1 upstairs) plus a loft. Both bathrooms have a tub to take a bath in. It easily sleeps 6 with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. We know everyone is different so we have tried to include a variety of pillows and bed types. There are beds from Ghost bed, American Bedding, Layla, and Ashley furniture.

It's well appointed and has new appliances that include a full size fridge, microwave, oven, washer/dryer, toaster, Keurig machine, 2 smart TV's and much more. It has an electric fireplace with multiple settings. There is also a water softener and a reverse osmosis water filter so no need to buy or bring drinking water.

It's also in an AMAZING location that is within walking distance of nature trails and the golf course but its also less than a mile from the center of town. It is a part of the well respected Spur Landing community. Check out some of the communities reviews here. This is Home 52 in the popular Spur Landing Subdivision

We are a family / pet friendly home. We have included a desk where you or your kids can do schoolwork or just surf the web. We also have pet bowls, a kennel and even a pet bed for your convenience. The back door goes right out to the large enclosed porch and the stairs provide easy access to let your dogs out. To the right of the back steps is the golf course and to the left is multiple trails to venture out on.

There is also a retro arcade for your kids or your inner kid :)
It has games like Pacman, Digdug and Galaga

We have tried to make this our home away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our favorite part of the home is the custom Juniper live edge countertops. We love bringing our kids and fur balls here to enjoy a relaxing stay near nature and we hope you love it as much as we do.

Parents / person who books is responsible for all guests.
Hazardous areas: stairs, low deck railings, low area in loft on 2nd floor, fire place, stove etc... No baby gates or plug covers.

The space and layout of the home was good, and we enjoyed the Pac-Man arcade game. It needs a good clean, as there was a lot of dust on the ceiling fans and elsewhere. There was grime in the kitchen too - like the microwave. Overall just not very clean. It also felt like we were missing some of the usual amenities like coffee, paper towels, trash bags, laundry soap, etc. we had very limited amounts of these items.

An all around good place to stay when visiting Cloudcroft. My reservation with this listing felt like home and it was nice to have the freedom to come and go. A bonus with this listing is that you can find multiple paths to walk to Burro street in downtown Cloudcroft all the while enjoying the scenery, wildlife and friendly folks of Cloudcroft.

The townhouse was super clean. I appreciated that it was an end unit. It gave us a little more privacy. The parking space out front was a little short for our full-size Escalade ESV, but we made it work. The floorplan was great for those traveling with kids. A queen bedroom upstairs, and a loft with 2 twins. Downstairs had another queen bedroom. Both upstairs and down had a full bathroom. Although smaller, there ws plenty of room for our family of 5. The couch was built for two and pretty worn out, that would be just about the only thing I would recommend they change or upgrade to fit the amount of people that can comfortably sleep here in beds. Seemed odd to have sleeping space for 6 and only a couch for 2 plus a recliner.

Home was clean. We enjoyed the beautiful mountain scenery. It was close to a very interesting nine hole golf course. I had a great time playing this mountain course. The host communicated everything very well. I recommend this location as it was comfortable, with easy access and close to town. Ample wildlife all around

Very comfortable, spacious. The beds were very comfortable all in all it was perfect. My favorite was the outside deck with tables and chairs. Will definitely be going back.

Great place to stay while golfing. The Lodge Pro Shop just a short block away. Nice cool temos for the month if July.

Family reunion

We have been having our Venable Family Reunion in Cloudcroft for over 30 years but this is the first time I have stayed in Spur Landing. It was PERFECT!!! I will be staying there again in the many years to come!

Pleasant and comfortable

Weekend exploring

Great location that is really quiet but also convenient to downtown. Was a perfect place for exploring Cloudcroft, Sunspot, and drive down to Tularosa. Space was even bigger than expected and enjoyed large kitchen space, patio, and easy access to grassy area for our pet. Looking forward to a future stay!

We love taking our family here. It helps us relax from our busy work schedules and it helps our kids connect with nature. Our dog loves it here as well. Its in a great location, right next to everything but still has all the amenities of home. We hope you feel like this is your home away from home.
