3BR private oasis with in-ground heated pool - close to winery, beaches & bay!

Beautiful 3BR/2 bathroom home on over an acre - away from all the crowds but close to everything!!

House has an open floor plan, huge back porch & pool! Central AC throughout. Contemporary kitchen has plenty of windows overlooking the deck and pool. It's great for summer bbq's and outdoor entertaining. Screened in porch leads to the deck with grill and bar area. Pool is salt water and heated with multi-color lights for night swims.

Master bedroom has private bathroom with huge walk in shower and soaking tub. 2nd bedroom has queen size bed. 3rd bedroom has trundle with 2 singles and wonderful window seat for lazy, sunny mornings. 2nd bathroom has shower, no tub. Home is set far back off the street and is extremely private.

This is our private home and we welcome guests for the summer!

Walk to Cape May Winery and Cold Spring Village & Brewery. Quick ride to beaches, bay, Wildwood and Cape May!!

Our stay at Kristen and Craig's home was so memorable that we are already planning next summer's trip. What began as a 2-week vacation plan evolved into a one-month stay at what we felt was our home away from home. Kristen could not be more warm and responsive. Before our visit, the pool is what attracted us. The bonus was it being a saltwater pool. Kristen thought of everything. Instructions were clear, and the minute you walk in, you can feel the love in her home. I have only read one sour yet confusing review from a person who even extended her stay, and I would just advise that person to find another place to stay. I'll take your week. Our fur-baby, Loxley, was just as happy and comfortable as we were, and we loved that just about everything we needed was within 1 to 3 miles. Sunsets at Sunset Beach are going to be our traditional go-to while we're in town or even during a weekend getaway. Thank you, Kristen. You're the best host we have ever had. See you next summer! Mia

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! The owners provided all the essentials which was very helpful when traveling. Our family of four with two dogs had plenty of space to enjoy the wonderful pool and relax in this quiet location. Close enough to all the Cape May activities and shops but far enough to avoid the summer crowds. A must stay!

This house is truly an oasis. Where else in Cape May can you be minutes from everything but also sit outside at night and here nothing but nature; no traffic, loud music, or shouting. Inside it's comfortable and truly feels like staying at home. We love staying here and would recommend it to anyone.

Family beach trip

Wonderful location and home! The home was spotless. Truly felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed the pool daily! And just a short ride to many beaches, restaurants, and shops. 10/10! Would stay here again!

We normally stay closer to the bay but this year the pool at Kristens home had us sold. It did not disappoint. We spent most of our time in the pool or relaxing on screened in porch. The speaker was a nice touch to play our music and the fridge was huge. Great for storing all our bbq needs throughout the week. The main living space had a large tv and extremely comfy couch which was nice to relax and unwind after a day at the winery which is literally around the corner. Any questions/concerns were replied to promptly by the homeowners.

Fantastic Stay!

Kristen’s property was perfectly ideal for a getaway. It comfortably slept 5 adults and two kids, was extremely clean, and everything was serene and easy. Would recommend to anyone looking for privacy and quick access to all parts of Cape May.

Returning Vacationers

This was our second year staying here and we loved it just as much as our first stay. The house is close to everything with a short drive but it's so quiet and peaceful where it is located. We can sit out by the pool for hours and just relax. The house is well maintained and makes you feel right at home.

Stay at Cape May

Our time was great. We enjoyed our. Beautiful house, with very few bumps. Unfortunately, weather was hot and humid, so it was a good thing the house had air conditioning and a pool ( although pool was heated, it was warm anyway due to the weather - so hot and humid out.).

What a wonderful spot!

This is an extremely comfortable home with so many lovely touches! The backyard is a paradise--from the pool, to the large fenced-in yard, to the multiple seating areas. And the home itself is so comfortable. Each bedroom has a remarkable amount of privacy even though they are all on the same floor. And the location is ideal. We loved visiting the local Cape May Winery and Cold Springs Village in addition to all our other adventures!

What a great experiences

We loved the house. Having a pool in your back yard was so nice. We never went to the beach. The owners were wonderful . Our dog loved the big back yard. We can't wait to go back next year. We recommend this house to whoever wants a great time in Cape May.

Fabulous, Quiet Oasis, Pool Is Amazing

We stayed with our small dog for a week in August. The house is close enough to take a short drive to the heart of Cape May restaurants and shopping while also close enough to go for a walk on the more dog friendly bayside beaches (which was great to find out). The few nearby neighbors were quiet so our week was spent relaxing by the amazing pool listening to the birds. There is a path to the Cape May winery in the backyard though we couldn't get through probably due to storms that brought down a lot of bamboo and branches (but still it's a 1 minute drive to get there). The house was clean and we had no issues with the tv or internet, there was a portable charge provided which was great since someone forgot theirs. We used 2 of the 3 rooms and the beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were clean and stocked with soft towels. The only difficulty we had was that there is no handrail to get into the pool (one of us is older with trouble getting up and down but we found a step stool to use to have something to lean on). Otherwise the pool was warm and big enough to really swim in, a big hit. And the dog loved the fenced yard and being able to run around. We loved our stay here.

Annual Shore Trip

The outdoor area is fantastic with a good size pool, plenty of outdoor seating, lots of space for yard games, and a screened in porch. Huge TV in the family room is a bonus. Easy check in/check out. Overall a great stay.

Lovely week in Cape May

Our family of 4 adults and one toddler stayed in this lovely house for a week. We loved the beautiful backyard and pool. The location was perfect,and very private. It is close enough to downtown Cape May and beach. The Acme is just a few minutes from the house for groceries. We loved the decor of the home and the screened in porch. We would definitely return.

Serene retreat close to everything

Our family of of four enjoyed the peaceful backyard and quiet location with close proximity to everything in Cape May. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook the delicious farm fresh food from the local markets.

AMAZING! You won't find any better than this!

Amazing, amazing, amazing! We will definitely be back! The owners are wonderful and helped me figure out a way to make our arrival extra special for my son on his 13th bday. It was all perfect - the house, pool, amenities, etc, etc, etc. We were a family of 3 adults, a 13 yr old, 10 yr old and 2 dogs. More than enough space to be together, and apart! :) The entire family misses the house already. Dogs included.

Excellent time!

This was our second year renting this home. It was great for us, our kids, and our extended family. Lots of space, pool and outside were beautiful and convenient! It was a quick drive to many attractions too. The winery is such a gem! Definitely enjoyed being able to walk there. Would love for it to be our yearly place!

Home Construction Refugee

Kristin was great, the property is very well maintained, and it suited most of our needs perfectly. As the title says, we were looking for a place we could land for a couple of weeks while our kitchen was being demoed and other work was being done on our home rendering it not really livable. I found this house, I didn’t have to board our Golden Girls, and there was ample room for my daughter and new son in law. We loved the pool, the yard, and just having the chance to catch our breaths after an inordinately busy past few months. It was close enough to the shore line, farm markets and the grocery store, to make it well placed if you felt the need to venture somewhere. We cooked, read, worked remotely, slept, binged a few series, swam, played and rested. My only wish, and this is perhaps just us—a dining table on the inside, with dining chairs, because that’s where we tend to do everything from work to games to puzzles to meals. There is a great table outside, but the elements make it kind of tricky to use ( we had rain and days that were scorching). The pool at the end of the day was amazing, and refreshing and when the breezes changed and came off the ocean, perfect air most of the time we were there. I’m only sorry that we didn’t rent it for a month instead of just the two weeks. I’m already wishing I was there.

Super Property and Vacation

This property was perfect for our family's summer vacation. The home was clean, well-appointed, well-equipped, and comfortable. The heated saltwater pool, outdoor entertaining space, and screen porch were phenomenal and where we spent so much time. On a rainy day the screened porch is a great place to hang out, and the fenced in yard was much enjoyed by our dog. The neighborhood is quite with fast and easy access to the beaches, downtown Cape May and shopping, the lighthouse, and the Wildwood boardwalk. Owner Kristen is so easy to work with and communicative. We'll keep this home on our radar for future vacations!

Great House

Our family had a great, and relaxing stay. The house is close enough to Cape May itself, and far enough away to be away from the crowds and enjoy some peace and quiet and down time. The outdoor living area is fantastic, plenty of seating areas, and the pool was fantastic - super clean, and refreshing. Pool towels and a few pool toys were provided. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cutlery and essentials such as foil, Saran Wrap, salt, pepper and Kurig pods. There is an ACME that is literally 5 minutes away, so I’d recommend doing a shop when you arrive - we brought a lot of things we didn’t need, and just ended up taking home! The fridge/freezer was fantastic, very large, and roomy. The washer and dryer was a great addition, and had a large capacity, so no need to bring a lot of clothes. Kristen was very responsive to any questions we had, and had left wine and cookies for us to enjoy, which was a lovely surprise.

Perfect pool at beach drstinstion

If you want access to a beautiful beach AND a peaceful, soul-soothing poo, this is for you. The screened porch is a heaven-sent place to hang. Highly recommend.
