With a fully open concept, you and your family can gather in the living room, kitchen or dining room and all still be together in this recently constructed home. If you need a little quiet time you can exit the kitchen to a peaceful back deck and backyard porch where you can relax and have your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail while waiting for the others to get ready. You can enjoy a relaxing massaging hot tub experience or dip in the larger side of our Master Spa Swim Spa, open Year Round!

This home is modern, sleek, CLEAN and Very spacious. We are Dog Friendly to well behaved and house broken dogs. Please be sure to add your dogs to the reservation so it will calculate the correct charge based on your stay. We permit up to 2 well behaved house broken dogs per stay.

Perfect weekend getaway

Stayed at Tricia’s property after my daughter’s dinner dance for the weekend. The house was very clean and comfy. Communication was great, Tricia was very responsive. The hot tub and pool were AMAZING! The location was great, 10 minutes either way and you were at the water. Definitely would come back!

Home away from home!

So happy we picked this place for our weekend getaway! Home is absolutely beautiful. Spacious with everything you could possibly ask for and more to make your stay a happy one!! Our pup enjoyed the beautiful backyard as well! I would highly recommend staying here and I look forward to another family stay!

Beach weekend

The swimspa was a huge hit with my granddaughter....the weather only cooperated one day of our stay....but we made the best of it. Grilled steaks and watched movies...it was the perfect relaxing weekend away!

Cozy Getaway

The property was just as advertised. The place was beautiful and clean. It is about a 10-15 minute drive to all of the tourist spots and the beach. We had no problems getting in touch with the owner and they checked in a few times to make sure our stay was enjoyable. My dog loved the fenced in yard and the big cozy couch! We will definitely be coming back!

I can’t say enough about this property and owner. She literally had EVERYTHING you could possibly need and extras for anything you might have forgotten. If you are flying in, and not staying in one of Tricia’s homes you are overpacking, overspending and missing out on a great rental experience!

I rated the home as good since it was clean and good amenities provided. We were extremely disappointed with the swim spa. Being unfamiliar with a swim spa and being seniors we chose not to utilize with what was entailed to uncover and cover. Our feeling was that upon arrival it would have been helpful if someone was onsite to explain the usage of the swim spa. However our stay for the first week of August was enjoyable.

Perfect setting for an extended family weekend

My daughter and her family from Ohio joined my husband and I to visit this North Cape May location. The house is exactly as described. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable, and is located on the main floor with a large en suite bath. The open concept main living space was perfect for our group of 7 people. The other 2 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, which was perfect for my daughter and son-in-law. They had their own room that they shared with their infant and a 2nd down the hall for their 2 pre-school aged kids. We were within 20 minutes to the beaches, which was very handy, and the swim spa was a hit! The house was well appointed and the owner very responsive. I highly recommend this property.

Steep stairs

The house was very clean and the owner was very nice and responsive. We had my elderly mother with us and the stairs were really narrow and steep. Maybe an issue with little ones or elderly guests. We had to mix up the bedrooms a bit to make things work. The only thing I would greatly recommend is to add lighting upstairs in the bedrooms. More lamps and PLEASE add bedside tables upstairs. All in all, quick trip to Cape May and very clean home. :-)

Hi Nicole, thank you for your feedback. Luckily we have a downstairs bedroom for any of our elderly guests in the event a staircase is not in the cards. A lot of our guests book for that reason. Were you able to turn on the fan lighting? I checked it after your review and all lights were working properly. We hope you think of us in the future if you visit Cape May!

Tricia’s home is everything and more advertised. We found it to be impeccable and Tricia remarkably communicative. Hot tub was perfect and always at a perfect temperature. Our fur baby enjoyed the fenced in yard to play off leash. Close to all of the amenities Cape May has to offer. We would love to come back. Thank you
