Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the Village of Pinehurst. Spacious home with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and large upstairs bonus room. 1st floor Master bedroom with ensuite bath. Double vanity with shower and separate garden tub. 3 bedrooms upstairs, one queen with ensuite bathroom, one queen bedroom, and 2 twin bedroom with shared hall full bath. Dine in kitchen that looks out to big fenced in backyard with fire pit. Additional 8 person dining table. Enjoy a nice night hanging out on the back deck!

Beware of cockroaches, spiders, and silverfish in the house; wear mosquito repellant around the house, there are a lot of mosquitoes on premise. Carpet has probably never been cleaned and had a matching smell, but hardwood appeared pretty clean. Other than that, great location and plenty of parking in a quiet neighborhood. Toys for kids available in the play room and high chair available in the kitchen.

Perfect for Families with younger children

House was exactly as described and more. The best part for us was the all the extra toys, coloring books, and activities for the kids to use in the bonus room and the fact that the back yard is fully fenced in. This was a family vacation to visit my oldest son that lives in the area so our kids ages 2,3,5,10, and 12 had plenty to do at the house. Plenty of space to spread out and perfect bed set up for us. One thing to note is the mosquitoes in this area are serious so bring the bug spray.

Great location for golfing in Pinehurst

The property is easy location and very clean. This is the second time we have stayed here and will plan to stay there again in the future.

Family Friendly Perfection

First off this house was the perfect staycation! We came to visit our grandson and his family which included a five-year-old great granddaughter and a three month old Great grandson. The house was very clean, organized, location is excellent, great parking area for cars, great backyard for kids with play equipment and a nice fire pit with firewood provided.A variety of beds in the four rooms so it accommodates many. Two full bathrooms up, and a spacious full bathroom off the master on the main floor, which is also spacious with the king bed. And there is a half bath with sink and toilet on the main floor. When we come back to Southern Pines, we would definitely rent this house again. Brooke was an excellent and quick communicator! We also thought the price was extremely fair. Also, there is a playroom upstairs that our great granddaughter loved and a rocking chair to rock the baby in when feeding.Your family had a wonderful time here!!

Family Visit

This property is amazing for family with plenty of room to spread out and a dining room to gather others around as well. The kitchen has all you need to make meals. No one was waiting for a bathroom. Brooke responds quickly to any questions or concerns you may have. Absolutely loved staying here . If you need a home in Pinehurst to stay, I would not hesitate to come back here again!!!

Wonderful home away from home

Had family in town and didn't have enough room for everyone at my home so I rented this house for them during their visit. There was plenty of room for the family of 6.

Perfect house for our vacation

This property was perfect for our stay. My son played in a golf tournament in Pinehurst and we were only 10 minutes away from the course he played at. Great central location for all the places we wanted to go to. Definitely will stay here again when we come back to Pinehurst.

The house was perfect for our stay in Pinehurst! The location was perfect between the main Pinehurst clubhouse and the course where my son played. The property was clean and well appointed! Brooke thought of everything. Hope to stay here again sometime!

Great Pinehurst retreat!

This is a beautiful, well appointed home and the perfect spot for a foursome of golfers or large family gatherings. The kitchen is well equipped and all the furniture is a great balance of style and comfort. There is a terrific family room on the second level in addition to the three bedrooms, that offers a good escape for little ones or anyone that needs a quiet work or study space. Wonderful outdoor sitting areas were an added bonus. I would highly recommend this property!

Great Property

House was clean and was fully stocked with everything you need. Beds comfy, Bathroom amenities perfect. Kitchen layout great. I would definitely stay there again.

Golf in Pinehurst

We stayed with another couple and the house was perfect for us. It was roomy and clean and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Brooke was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Would stay there again.
