This holiday on Oahu was our fourth visit to Hawaii since 2017 and it was arguably the best location. 2 minutes to Island Market, Starbucks and a wonderful Mexican restaurant, Mekiko Cantina. Being only 8 minutes to the world famous Ko Olina lagoons cannot be overstated.The unit is exactly as depicted in the photos. It is largely original and could use updating but it has high ceilings in the main living space giving an open feel and is much brighter than we expected despite being a middle ground floor unit.For us, this property delivered very high value for money and we are grateful to have been given the opportunity to enjoy Ko Olina & Coconut Plantation. Hopefully, we will be back and we would rent from Cathy and Mark again.

Beautiful Condo Ko Olina

Great location to swimming pools and beach. Unit was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our one month stay. Close to ABC store that has grocery and deli. There are also restaurants and shops located nearby.

Just Perfect

I’d like to post that the place was awful, just so nobody ever stays there and I get it all to myself every time! 😅 The property is absolutely perfect. It has everything you need for a fantastic stay. We are so grateful for this rental!

Perfect location

Condo was very clean, comfortable furniture inside and out. Kitchen well equipped. All amenities functional. Pool and bbq close to condo. Local ABC about a 2 minute walk with very good food service. For swimming or beach, 4 lagoons/coves to choose from. The closest a 5 minute walk. Numerous chairs, beach toys and a wagon available at condo. Several restaurants and bars nearby, Costco is about 10 minutes away. This is a quiet condo resort area in a convenient location.

Great Location

Very nice villa in a great location, close to the shoppes, lagoons and golf course. The "beach" pool is located just across the street from the villa, and another pool is just a short stroll away. Furnishings are in the style of old Hawaii, and the covered lanai has a table for six - great spot for outdoor meals. The kitchen is well equipped. The garage is not available to guests, so there is only one parking spot for the villa. In summary, you can't go wrong in the beautiful Coconut Plantation!

Great Location, great resort!

Location is fantastic, walking distance to shops, restaurants, lagoons and resorts. The resort and pools are lovely, a great place to stay. The property manager Cathy communicated well and was super responsive. The condo was very clean upon arrival though it could benefit from some updating and maintenance. The queen bed has a mattress topper on it that is smaller than the mattress, making the bed a few inches narrower on each side, so if you need sleep space this could be an issue. The master suite has plenty of closet space and large chest of drawers. Unfortunately they do not offer to combine the twin beds (I asked) to make a King (which other units we have stayed in do), so not ideal for 2 couples renting. One of the twin bed headboards is not attached properly so it bangs the wall when moving in bed. The twin room could also benefit from the addition of a chest of drawers. We had plumbing and air conditioning issues (related to lack of maintenance) addressed during out stay, which thankfully Cathy attended to promptly. The listing suggests to bring beach towels, but no need as there are 5 large beach towels in unit. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets have multiple "consumables" left by many previous tenants, which could really use a clean out. Owners arrived after us (said they hadn't been there for a year), so hopefully they can address some of the deficiencies during their stay.

Comfortable Stay.

Quiet neighborhood. Dark unit...gets very little sunshine. Well equipped with appliances and kitchen wear. Having to run to the gate to admit guests every time was a nuisance. Overall this was a nice place to spend our evenings...safe and comfortable.

Convenient Comfortable Condo!

Our visit exceeded our expectations. Place is nicer than the photos show -- there's a new couch/chaise that allowed our party of 5 to all sit comfortably in the living room when not out on the lanai. Location-wise, it is mere steps from the entrance and pool, making the 5-10 minute walks to the beach easy, and mere steps to grill dinner on the common grills by the pool. For those wondering about remote-work, I was able to work for two weeks of our stay without issue (good WiFi). My coworkers "appreciated" me Zooming from the lanai I'm sure :-) The neighbors are friendly, and we got a kick out of the wild roosters roaming around. Would definitely book again.

Great choice for an Oahu Vacation!

This is a great place to stay. The location seriously can not be beat! You can walk to restaurants and an abc market in minutes. Love the closeness to the lagoons and the use of the beach chairs and boogie boards. Marc and Cathy were both wonderful to work with and so kind. Two things I would have loved to have is a collapsible wagon in the garage for the days we wanted to walk to a lagoon and an instructions/rules information packet printed and left in the residence. I had to keep looking up the information on my phone to make sure we were following the HOA rules and house rules. Overall it was a comfortable stay and I would recommend this condo to anyone coming to Oahu!

Comfortable and peaceful getaway in a pristine beach community

This property provided us access to the four lagoons of Ko Olina and the seclusion of a gated community. The property manager was very helpful, providing all of the information needed to enjoy our stay.

Excellent Extended Stay

We stayed for slmost two months during covid and this property was perfect for an extended stay. My sons did college remotely and I was able to work in a safe and beautiful environment. Ko Olina is resort area 40 minutes from Waikiki. The golfing is excellent. Local lagoons are peaceful beaches well maintained with showers and restrooms only minutes walk. The condo was well equipped, and very clean. Loved the beach supplies in the garage. Thanks Marc

Wonderful resort condo at the beach!

We just had the most relaxing month at Marc and Cathy’s Ko Olina condo! The apartment was inviting, comfortable and sparkling clean. Located in the coconut plantation in the Ko Olina resort, the location was ideal for our family. Ko Olina has peaceful lagoons that are perfect for kids and babies, and a long path that you can enjoy walks on while gazing at the sunset. The Disney, Four Seasons and Marriott are located here as well. The beaches were gorgeous and we popped over once or twice a day. It’s so close to the condo, just few minutes walk and very pleasant stroll. The condo itself is also in a good location within the development, being close to the entrance made it so easy to walk to the ABC island country market to grab a bite or some basic groceries. They also have very good poke and wine selection, not overpriced! If you need more shopping, Kapolei is super close and has every big store you might want. The pools and grounds are really well maintained and lovely and we had a great time swimming and soaking in hot tub. The apartment itself is spacious and fully equipped with everything you could need. It’s also on the ground floor so never got too hot during day, plus makes it so easy with toddler to go in and out to beach etc. the AC works great when needed. the open floor plan allowed us to cook and do other things while still keeping eye on the little one. Loved the huge walk in shower in master bath, and having the washer dryer was very convenient. We felt instantly at home there, and are so grateful that we could spend a month really living the beach life and exploring Oahu from the perfect home base. Added bonus for any surfers: great surf spot just few minutes up the coast! Marc and Cathy were both really kind and helpful, and very easy to communicate with. Thank you so much for the perfect long vacation, we would love to return someday. Mahalo!
