Tiny house A frame-Woodstock, Kaaterskill Falls

We are located in Palenville, close to Kaaterskill Clove and Kaaterskill Falls (7 miles). Its a 400 sqft studio with your own private entrance,bathroom, patio, kitchenette, indoor fireplace and outdoor firepit.
*11 miles to Woodstock and Hunter
* Walking distance to NYC bus, cafe, swimming holes, grocery & restaurants. (See neighborhood section )
*You may be able to borrow my bikes ( first come first serve )

The space
*There are two more rentals on the large 1.3 acre property,one of them is being very actively renovated (and soon to be rented on airbnb). The tiny house is already rented on airbnb and is about 100 feet away in the backyard. The other one is directly behind your cabin (attached). State of the art soundproofing ensures great sound isolation between them.
*Its NOT a remote getaway in the woods, its in a very high walk score area for a rural hamlet. You will see some cars and people on the street , and in the front yard. Occasionally, you might here Fire truck sirens, lawn mower /chainsaw/ construction noise etc.
**Covid safety - We follow all airbnb mandated safety guidelines. However, we felt that we should add some additional safety nets
1) Scientific evidence shows that stale air is the biggest safety concern (way more so than surfaces) . We have TWO 180 CFM fans (total 360 CFM) , that are wifi controlled and that clear out the ENTIRE inside air before check in.
2) Most switches are alexa controlled, reducing surfaces to touch
3) Touch free bathroom faucet
4) All surfaces are disinfected

1) Main floor size 20ft by 20 ft.
2) Loft size 14 ft by 7 ft
3) Loft is accessible by an easy climb ladder. If ladders are not your thing, there's also an option of sleeping down stairs on the futon.
4)It's a smarthome where heating, lights and a fan are controlled by Alexa.

5)Its an A-frame with private bathroom,private entry, small kitchenette, loft sleeping area and a small livng area downstairs.
6) Feel free to borrow our bikes to explore the trails and swimming holes nearby
7) we are surrounded by pristine Woodland bugs are part of it. some bugs occasionally get into the house. the commercial establishments like hotels take care of it by using harmful chemicals but not us.
7) Typical wifi speed - Enough for 9 concurrent high quality streams.

Other things to note
1. Must climb a ladder style stair case to get to the loft( 7 ft height) otherwise, there's an option to sleep on the futon too.

T mobile is in partnership with ATT = So ok
Sprint = bad
Others (mvno like cricket) = depends on carrier
So plan accordingly. Download offline Google maps
Also , you can use wifi to use FaceTime, Whatsapp,Google voice.Also you can use Alexa to make calls
