Great Holiday Family Meetup

Superbly appointed, very nice home. Plenty of room for everyone. Great deck if you go in warm weather (little chilly for us). Shelby and Shawn are very accommodating and respond quickly to all messages. Close walk to RINO attractions and easy drive to town.

The perfect short term rental in RiNo

Me and my friends had an amazing stay. This area is so walkable it was easy to get around and check out so many fantastic restaurants. We’ll definitely book again the next time we come back to Denver!

Great Location

The location is great for walking distance to restaurants and bars. We had an amazing meal at Barcelona Wine Bar (suggested by our hosts) , who by the way were awesome, so helpful and provided great insight into the area and other Denver attractions. The house is clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Great spot, great time!

We loved our stay at this home. It was very clean, in a great location, and convenient. It was nice to have guaranteed parking on site and the rooftop deck was great for adult happy hour! The owners were so helpful and had lots of great recommendations, too. We will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Wonderful

Shelby and Sean were amazing hosts and their home is beautiful! It is in a perfect location that is safe and walkable to many restaurants, bars etc. Everything else is in quick driving distance. There is a garage for parking. Everything was clean and there were little amenities like tissues and toilet paper that a lot of rentals don't keep in stock. We had a few questions along the way and they were super quick to respond/ help us out. They reccomended all of the best places to eat and visit as well. We really enjoyed staying here and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the adenver area.

Great location, well appointed

We were in Denver to visit our son and this property fit our needs perfectly. Roomy, updated and comfortable. The location is walking distance to the great RINO district and Coors Field, both of which we enjoyed. Also easy to drive to hikes and nature. I highly recommend!

We really loved our stay here. The neighborhood was fun to walk around in, and the house itself was really nice. There. were so many nice little touches, we really felt at home. The owners were very friendly to communicate with.

Great stay!

Loved the location and the house! We used the rooftop deck, which has really nice furniture along with big umbrellas. The house was perfect for our group. Everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen was one of the best appointed kitchens I’ve ever seen in a vacation rental! We will 100% stay here next time we are in Denver!!

On days that you want to be lazy or catch up with your friends, our house offers a great open living room and an amazing 500 square foot rooftop deck that overlooks Downtown Denver.

This is not a typical BNB. We actually live here and treat the place with the respect a great home deserves. We love to cook and entertain. As a result, you'll have access to all of our high-end kitchen cookware, dishes, utensils, and gadgets (most America's Test Kitchen approved :)). If you love to cook, you'll love our kitchen. We really hope you'll consider staying at our home, we'd love to have you.
