Beautiful modern apartment. Newly renovated apartment with comfortable and chic furnishings and appliances, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and balcony! Just a short 3 minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico's sandy white beaches and emerald coast waters. Rent a bike, golf cart or walk to visit Seaside and Watercolor. Small balcony with a high-top table and 2 chairs - perfect to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and closet system. Bedroom 2 has an extra long twin and closet system. Sleeps 3 comfortably. Full bath with a shower, sink and toilet. Unit also has a half bath with a sink, toilet and stackable washer dryer. The unit's kitchen has stainless appliances including a full size fridge and apartment size stove, dishwasher and microwave. Modern living room with comfy couch, chair and large flat screen TV. Approx. 700 square feet. Two parking spaces are available with this unit. The apartment is on the second floor, there is no elevator just stairs.

So many great things to say about our (wife and I) stay. Gated parking lot of 8 spaces all to ourselves since this is the only unit. No jostling for parking or worrying on if your spot near your entrance will be available when you get back from an errand. It’ll always be there. The unit is the ultimate in privacy amongst the notorious crowds of 30a. Each morning I would walk across the street and get some donuts and coffee. Also across the street is also a bike/surf rental shop, as well as one of the area’s most popular seafood market.Within a quick 3-5 minute walk are two casual Italian places and an area staple (Cafe Thirty A). A big public access beach is also across the street. There’s genuinely no need to drive once you’re checked in. We walked to dinner in Seaside one evening, it’s only a 30 minute casual walk. The condo itself is appointed with everything you’ll need. New appliances with all the features of convenience. Ice maker and filtered water in the fridge is a nice touch. The full size refrigerator allows for you to shop and cook as much as you prefer. The balcony overlooking 30a PERFECT for people watching as everyone traverses this amazing area. My family has been vacationing on 30a and the area since the 1970’s. Some have property here. This is my favorite place because of location, convenience, privacy/quiet, and comfort (huge tv and big comfy sofa).

Perfect Beach Getaway

We had an amazing long weekend stay in June! Super clean and has everything you need. Location is very convenient. Jennifer was amazing and very accommodating especially with coordinating our arrival and departure! We would definitely come back again - high recommend!

Jennifer was so helpful! The parking situation was wonderful. Short walk to down town 30A and the public beach was just a short walk. Highly suggest this to All looking for a weekend getaway from the kids. I only say that because there is a tall stair case could be dangerous for young kids. But perfect for Getaway for You and your spouse!

Perfect Weekend Getaway Spot

My mom and I were looking for a long weekend getaway! This location was perfect for us. Sometimes we walked with our beach items and other times (when we had a lot to carry), I’d drive my vehicle (very short distance) and unload and then park back at the apartment. We went into Sea Side for dinner both nights and enjoyed the proximity to the town and the location of the beach. All around - it was great and can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful weekend get away

This condo is adorable and quaint yet offers the perfect space for 2-3 people. The patio overlooks 30A and is a great area for morning coffee or a night time glass of wine. The location is very convenient with the beach about 3 minutes away and yummy restaurants right next door. We will definitely stay here again soon.

Great location

Perfect set up for a small family trip. Two bedrooms coupled with open living space and kitchen was perfect. Super clean and modern. Jennifer communicated well and was quick to respond. Would love to stay again!

Nice apartment

This apartment was in a great location and was a short walk to the beach. It has all the features and amenities needed for a good vacation. Plus, the location was close to some great seafood, donuts and cafe 30A.

Donut Lovers Warning

The only bad thing about this property is that it’s directly across the street from Dough Sea Dough. Be sure to stop in and get the Apple fritter and the breakfast burrito. It’s an Amazing location with an easy walk to the beach. My daughter and I stayed for a week and 2 days. We were extremely comfortable. Yes, it is on the second floor but this was not an inconvenience for us. Jennifer was very responsive and accommodating by giving us an early check in. I highly recommend staying here. We were sold by another mother/daughter recommendation. We hope you are sold on ours too.

Great getaway for couples!

This condo is in such a great location and easy access to the beach. It’s about a 3-5 min walk to the beach. Only negative of the beach is it gets a bit crowded and parts of the beach are blocked off. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook. Bed is super comfortable. Caution to those who have a hard time with stairs. The stairs going up from the entry door are quite steep and I would definitely recommend a baby gate with kids. It wasn’t a problem for us, but it could be if you struggle with stairs.
