We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It fit our needs perfectly and was well-maintained. The location was convenient to the Village of Oak Creek and Sedona, and the red rock views from the property were absolutely beautiful.

Great House is Lovely Neighborhood

Vacation

This house was perfect for our trip to Sedona! The locations was great and you had amazing views of the red rocks. The back deck was perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking.

Gorgeous Neighborhood and Home

This home was beautiful and the location on the golf course allowed for very nice morning walks on the cart path, which is allowed prior to 6:30. We would highly recommend this house

First time in Sedona

Perfect trip, we loved the house! Gorgeous area, close to everything we wanted to see as it was our first time to the area. House was clean, spacious and serene. Amazing view at the front of the house and also beautiful on the back yard golf course side. Landscaping is exceptional with plenty of outdoor seating. We would love to come back again.

The home is well organized, easy access, great location, the back deck runs the length of the house to sit and view the wonderful stars at night and the front patio allows seating to see the red rocks looking north. Village of Oak Creek has a good selection of restaurant options and Clark's market to purchase groceries if eating in is your preference.

Gathering family together for the holidays

Amazing, quiet location with beautiful mountain views on one side and golf course views on the other. Very comfortable home for our family of six and two little dogs,. Every convenience and amenity we are accustomed to at home! Kitchen is great for cooking, comfy beds, great open living room with huge sofa. Thoroughly enjoyed our 10 days here!

This place is a gem!

Looking out at the golf course and the mountains, this place is very quiet and just provides you with a tranquail environment to wind down but also be as active as you want. The local supermarket has really good stuff and we cooked almost all meals! The kitchen is big and multiple cooks can get their jop done! Highly recommnended.

Came for a wedding at Sedona Golf Course, this was a great location, just a couple minute drive. The house was wonderful, just as listed. The weather was terrible and sadly we weren't able to enjoy the patio as much as we hoped. Had dinner on the front patio looking at the beautiful red rocks the first night, had the weather complied we would have done this every night. Highly recommend! Master bed super comfortable. Easy check in, super communicative.

Winter Get Away

We stayed for the month of February working remote and enjoying all that Sedona has to offer. The house was very clean, spacious, comfortable and fully stocked. The wifi worked perfectly for the two of us and there were two desks to use. Perfect location in Village of Oak Creek that offers great restaurants, coffee shops, local art, and close to hiking trails. The best part is the amazing view of red rocks from the front patio and the fantastic back deck overlooking the golf course and beautifully landscaped backyard. We can’t wait to stay again.

Great stay

Tim’s house was perfect for our family- 2 couples and one with an infant. The set up of the house is great for privacy, as the master bedroom and the other two bedrooms are on separate ends of the hallway. Bedrooms and living spaces are spacious and the kitchen and bathrooms well appointed. We cooked multiple nights. Plenty of linens and towels provided. It was about a 10 minute drive to Sedona- easy and convenient for getting to all the activities we wanted. We appreciated the garage as well as the keyless entry front door. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful time! The house is amazing! Great location and everything was just perfect! Comfy bed and the house had everything we needed. Special touches throughout and toiletries were provided. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Communication with the host was the best we have ever experienced! WOW!!!!😃 We will be back!🌵🏜🥾🚵🏻💫

School Reunion

Everything about the house, location, amenities, and cleanliness were outstanding. We had trouble with the TV’s however we are all over 80. Clearer instructions for us more mature guys would help. We all graduated from the Verde Valley School 2 miles down the road toward the creek in 1962. The Village of Oak Creek didn’t exist when we were there.If you’re a golfer you have 2 great golf courses, The Sedona Golf Resort, and the Oakcreek Village Country Club. Enjoy!

Remote Work Week Getaway

Overall a nice place to stay when visiting Sedona area. Great if visiting for pleasure, but if you are looking to remotely work, then i would look for properties with better internet service and/or cell service to hotspot. Pros: - Beautiful location on the golf course and really good restaurants within 15 mins or less - Great deck to enjoy the outdoors - Quiet neighborhood where we could go for walks - Clean and simple house Cons: - One bar on cell phone service in the area (Verizon) - Internet could not support two people working remote and no video calls, wi-fi in the house would not reach the main bedroom, suggest getting wi-if mesh routers. - temperature in the house kept reverting back to 78+, would have to get up at night and change the thermostat back down

Immaculate, Beauiful & Great Location!

This home ended up being one of the best places we've ever stayed. I am a neat freak and sometimes renting homes makes me a bit anxious. However, this house is immaculate! No dust, bugs, crumbs, or hair anywhere. We were ablet to use the garage and their Red Rocks park pass, there is abundant seating in every living space (including outside). The house was everything we were hoping for, and more. All in all, it was a perfect landing space for visiting the Sedona area because you are away from the tourism, yet close to everything you would want to do in the area. We are so glad we chose to stay in VOC instead of Sedona! We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this place to anyone!

Quiet peaceful neighborhood

All the furniture is comfortable. Totally stocked so we were avle to cook at home. Movies available on tv. Neighbors we're friendly.

Great house for our family vacation in Sedona

This house fit all our needs for our family vacation. Two adult children shared one side of the house and we stayed in the master on the other side. Both sides had access to the beautiful deck. The main area was arranged with comfortable furnishings and kitchen was well stocked. Tim was a great host responding quickly to our inquiries. Hope to return again soon!

This property has best of everything. Quiet and calm but close to the amenities like restaurants, hiking areas, stores and local art markets.

It also showcases the greeneries of the Mesa and the golf course whilst being placed in a canyon with lots of red rocks

There is a hike that is less than a mile down the road and overlooks the whole neighborhood
