1 Bedroom 1 Bath Condo. The condo has everything you need to cook. Fridge, Microwave, Stove, Oven, Coffee Maker. The kitchen is stocked with wine glasses, dishes, pots, Pans. We provide all bed linens, towels, etc. There is also a very comfortable queen air mattress that you just plug in to use
Many restaurants, stores close by. The Alligator Farm is 10 Mins away, Historic Downtown is 12 Minutes away. Orlando is 1 hr 30 mins away

Great place!

What a wonderful place to stay! Owner was very responsive and helpful from the booking to the checkout. The pools and access to the beach were highlights during our short stay.

Great stay

We had a great stay. We had communication with owner and everything was ready when we arrived. It was beautiful and right on the beach. It was also just across from Hurricanes and walking distance to several restaurants. I would come back if we are ever in the area again.

This condo was exactly as listed. The place was clean and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Todd the owner was very attentive and reached out several times during our stay to make sure everything was going well. I give them a 5 star and will definitely be staying there again. Very nice

This was a very clean updated condo. The mattress was very comfortable and you don’t always find that to be true. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Great little place

We really enjoyed the stay. My puppy also felt right at home. Todd was responsive and very helpful, even brought over a small table so I could work remotely. I would stay here again.

Had such a wonderful week stay at this unit. Check in was very smooth, just follow the instructions sent exactly. The unit was clean, furnished with everything needed but there were also many small amenities that are not always found elsewhere, room darkening curtains, night light in bathroom, & more. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook & eat in. And the queen bed mattress was so comfortable, at least for us. Everything was clean & ready for us. We are age 65 and this unit was perfect for us, can’t wait for another week at this unit again soon. Thank you Todd!

We had a great time on our long weekend trip! The kitchen was well equipped. The beds (queen and air mattress) were both so comfortable we slept like we haven't slept before! The host was great w communication.

Perfect for a quick trip

Perfect little 1 bedroom for a quick beach trip. A good walk to the beach, but there is visitor parking closer if you feel you can’t make the walk.

We love Ocean Village Club

Second time we have stayed in this set of condos, first time in this unit. Very nicely decorated and HUGE televisions especially in the bedroom. Bed was comfortable! Little bit of dust in closet and bathroom door needed cleaning but besides was really lovely. Owner was great in communication

Great Weekend

My husband and I enjoyed a weekend at the beach with our pup. The property is clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the pet friendly beaches and property. Very comfortable bed.

Nice Place!

We spent 11 days here and were very pleased! The bed was comfy and the pillows and linens were perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed and the entire space was just right for 2 people. Lots of grassy space right out the back door to walk the dog, and lots of good eateries nearby...... We will stay there again!!

Wonderful condo with beach access!

We had a wonderful stay, even though it was short, we will be back! The fixtures and appliances are all modern. Remote control fans, and lighting. Comfortable living space. Screened back porch. Compact washer and dryer in unit. Plenty of parking outside of the unit. Parking pass, and security gate key cards included. Beautiful property overall and located in the heart of Butler Beach. Lots of dining options. Very attentive and polite owner.

Our Long Weekend Stay

Todd was very nice to work with. He reached out to us, was very responsive and helpful. The check in and check out process was easy. The visitor guide was a great feature. The unit was clean. Everything worked. The location was convenient to local restaurants. We walked to several of them. We enjoyed our stay.
