Con una excelente ubicación, a pasos de la playa, espacio para 6 personas y todas las comodidades de su hogar, este condominio en St. encantador ¡Augustine Beach es un gran lugar para planear sus próximas vacaciones! Propiedad y administración familiar. Queremos que su estadía en St. Agustín para ser maravilloso. ¡Eres como una familia!

Nuestro condominio está en el tercer piso y ofrece dos habitaciones, un baño completo y un medio baño. El sofá de la sala es un sofá cama y es bastante cómodo. Si quieres quedarte y refrescarte del sol, tenemos cable y WiFi incluidos. También puede sentarse en el patio con mosquitero y disfrutar de las vistas.

El Ocean Village Club es un complejo de condominios frente al mar con dos piscinas (una climatizada), canchas de tenis, shuffle board, área de parrillas, biblioteca de préstamo, gimnasio y estación de lavado de autos. Cuando se aloje aquí, estará cerca del canal intercostal, el histórico St. Agustín, y muchas atracciones locales. ¡Golf de clase mundial, compras, restaurantes, surf, pesca, playa y turismo te esperan!

Great Condo!!

This was a great place! We stayed 6 weeks and were very pleased with the location to downtown, the walk to the beach, and plenty of places to eat nearby. Check in was super easy and the place is really clean. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again! Also, the condo pools were a big plus!

Great place for a weekend get away. Short walk through complex to beach, really close to pool. Short drive to grocery store and into historic areas.

Perfect location!

We loved our stay at this cozy and cute condo! The location was perfect for Flagler’s graduation and Kevin and Lindsey were wonderful to work with! Loved that you could walk right down to the beach ! Would definitely stay again.

Just what we needed for a short stay

We enjoyed a short stay at this conveniently located condo. Master bed was comfortable and the condo had everything we needed for our weekend stay. A short walk to the pool and beach and also a comfortable balcony made our trip enjoyable. The owners were easily accessible via the app and had clear instructions on how everything worked. Thank you!

Condo was very nice and had lots of amenities, including all the beach gear we needed (tent, umbrella, wagon, boogie boards, chairs, pool toys).It was very close to one of the pools and about a 5-7 min walk to the beach.My only issue with the building (not the condo) was that there was no elevator and the condo is on the third floor, so carrying all the beach gear up and down was a pain.

Can’t wait to stay again!

We had a fantastic time at the condo, and can’t wait to do it again! The heated pool was great, and really close to the condo. The beach access was so nice and the rinse stations and other pool right off the beach were so convenient! Plenty of stores and restaurants close, and not far at all from the old city! So thankful to the owners for letting us check in early also. We can’t wait to stay again!

A week of relaxation

My spouse and I were very happy with our stay at this calm, relaxing property, which is conveniently located within easy driving distance of a grocery store, restaurants (kudos to the Seafood Kitchen across the highway!), and a short drive to the post office, to the Alligator Farm, to the many restaurants of St. Augustine Beach (Sunset Grille!), and to the many attractions of St. Augustine itself. Easy to access from the road, the condo had ample parking directly in front of the building. From the unit, it was an easy walk to the pool and to the beach.The condo and its furnishings are very comfortable. The unit is equipped for an extended stay, including everything needed to cook your own meals, if you don't want to eat out all the time. We would happily rent this location again for future vacations.

An enjoyable stay.

Felt right at home. The condo was clean and inviting and just a short walk to the beach. We were pleasantly surprised to find a plug-in CO detector, night lights in each bathroom and one in the hallway. A first-aid kit was also in the unit. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Wonderful Stay

Owners were prompt and concise with communications and directions. Condo was clean, with loads of beach items for use and a very well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable. I loved that the teens had their own half bath. It is quite the walk to the beach (12-15 min), but the private access is very nice. The public beach (probably closer to the actual unit) was closed for construction while we were there, but we'd stay again in a heartbeat.

Good times

Wonderful decor and nice lay out. It was very well equipped with beach equipment and kitchen tools. Nice proximity to bike able beach. We were unable to swim at both pools...one was empty and the other had a busted heater. The tennis courts do not allow pickleball.

Nice condo

The condo was fine for our quick stay in STA. There were a few things that we weren’t happy with : plastic furniture, patio doors barely opened , porch cluttered , bad furniture on porch. There is no view of the ocean from this condo unless you are a bird- lol ! We did enjoy the short walk to the private beach area.

All was as expected, the only problem was the air was broken. We were only there 2 nights. And notified the owner. They had no control over this, but thought a discount on another visit would have been offered.

Overall it was wonderful…but to give you a heads up.

Pictures are deceiving. Not of the room but the location to the beach. It is a very long walk. You can park closer, if you can find a spot. Kids beds are not comfortable at all. Couch is very springy. Washer and dryer could use an update but they work. No elevator so be prepared to hall all your stuff up three flights. Other than that it’s perfect. We loved our stay. Good location to everything!

Clean and neat, worked out perfectly

The property was priced really well and was nice and clean when we got in. The previous reviews were right on as described - it is everything you need and then some. The owners were really nice and were responsive. The best part of the property in my opinion was the pool and beach. The access is right on and the pool is so nice to be able to come to after playing in the waves. For the price, you can't beat it. I would suggest that at some point the owners upgrade some appliances, such as the dishwasher, the stove, and the refrigerator did not have an ice maker, so make sure to bring a bag or two with you. The wifi and cable were excellent and the porch was a great place to hang out as well. We would go back.

Prachtige locatie

Mooi vakantiehuis vlak bij zee. Het zwembad was heerlijk warm en het huis had alle voorzieningen die nodig zijn. Met een auto is alles goed bereikbaar en de plaats is erg leuk. Mocht je de slaapbank nodig hebben, die lag helaas echt niet goed. Verder prima en aanrader.

Great stay

We had a great visit here for my birthday. The condo is about 12 minutes from downtown St. Augustine and about 5 minutes from grocery stores and gas stations. It’s a very convenient location. We were able to take a quick walk to the beach and while the heated pool was under maintenance, we used a nearby heated pool with permission from the host. The condo itself was very clean and had all of our most needed kitchen items and bathroom items. I was very pleased with the responsiveness and friendliness of the host. Overall we had a great stay!

We were unable to reach anyone by phone when we found that the entry code provided was incorrect. We had to wait for another car to open the gate.

We fell in love with St. Augustine within the first hour that we arrived. The history, the beach, the food and the people made St. Augustine a place we wanted to bring our family year after year.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We love sitting out on the patio and watching the sunrise and sunset. The sky is beautiful! Our patio is screened in, so we do not have to worry about unwelcome bugs flying around while we sit outside. We are truly thankful to be able to share our space with you!
