A great getaway

The property is part of a condominium community right on the beach, close to shopping and restaurants, and a short drive to historic St. Augustine. It had everything our family of four needed for our short vacation. Our only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer!

Great Beach Place to Stay!

The condo was perfect for our small group. It was right near the beach with easy access. The property was well kept and safe. The host was very responsive and communicative. We will definitely look to come back again soon.

A wonderful getaway!

We had the pleasure of resting and relaxing in a cozy and wonderfully located in St. Augustine. We had access to the pool and beach with just a short walk through the property. Grilling was great at the pavilion and perfect for just the two of us. Looking forward to booking again.

Everything we needed for a short getaway

We booked this place at last minute and were pleasantly surprised. So much to see and do in St. Augustine that we extended and stayed an extra day. Place was just the right size for the two of us and we liked that it was a first floor / ground level condo. Owner was very good with timely and thorough communications. Would definitely stay again.

Mini weekend vacation

This condo rental worked out perfectly for a concert at the amphitheater only about a 10 minute drive. We stayed the whole weekend to get to enjoy the pool and beach, which was just a quick walk away from the rental. The only suggestion I would make to the owner is having a long mirror somewhere in the bedroom as a secondary place to do makeup or look at your whole outfit otherwise perfect setup with having beach towels and chairs for the beach. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud! Great restaurants near the condo too! Loved staying here, already looking at times to rebook before the summer ends!

One Month Stay

I agree with the other comments of some reviewers. We looked at many of the condos in this development and chose this one as it was the cheapest. However, for the price it is very small especially for a one month stay. It is a distance from the beach, but we didn’t mind the walk. It is right on a major highway with a lot of road noise, especially sirens. The condo is in need of an update. However, with that being said the owner was very responsive to our needs. He was quick to respond and help.

Short stay

The unit was clean and located close to all attractions in St Augustine. It is dog friendly which was a plus for us! They have a heated pool and all the other residents/guests were very friendly. Our issue was primarily the mattress. It was too soft and gave no support. It did not have a box spring. I woke up with a back ache each day. It should really be replaced. I did share with him concerns regarding the mattress. Please also note this unit is up against a very busy road. You can hear traffic even with doors and windows shut.

Fun at the beach

Nice complex. Location on a busy road but we really stayed for the beach access. Nice pools. Close to everything we wanted to do. Unit a little dated but clean and cozy. Bathroom needs some minor repairs. Overall a nice place.

Very professional an Clean

We loved our stay here. The place actually is kinda bigger than what the pictures show. The host were AMAZING very professional an helpful. They even checked in with us to let us know if we needed anything. Super clean whiched I loved how nice an clean it was. They had pots,spoons, towels everything you need for your stay. The only one thing I would change would probably hang something over the bathroom small window. It's kinda see through at night. Great wifi. The bed was COMFORTABLE! An pool GREAT! Great location many restaurants an things to do nearby no complaints.

Nice place

Picked this place to be in the same complex as friends and family. Nice condo and well stocked. My favorite was the keyless entry. I didn’t have to worry about having keys while on the beach.

Clean! Great location! Wonderful hosts!

We loved the location of this condo. We were able to walk to the local coffee shop and to the beach. Saint Augustine has so much history and there is so much to do. The condo was clean and the host was great with communication. They went over and above to make our stay comfortable.

Celebration

We decided to revisit St. Augustine for our anniversary and we stayed in this cute beach decor condo that was the perfect size for us and our furry baby. The condo was super clean and had all that we needed for our stay. The beach was easy to get to and so was Historic Downtown St. Augustine. Pat, our hostess, provided us with all the necessary info upon arrival and kept in contact with us with updates throughout. We would definitely stay there again.

Birthday weekend!

My wife and I decided to stay in St. Augustine Beach for her birthday and it was a last minute decision. We had a blast and I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Pat was very informative with everything and texted me through out the weekend to make sure we were having a good time. The condo was very clean and the bed was like sleeping on clouds. It was a perfect place for a get away. The pool was close by and the beach was worth the walk to get to it. Thanks very much for the hospitality Pat. Keep doing what you’re doing your condo will speak for itself. Happy renters Randy and Kim!

Great place

This property was great. The complex was quiet and very clean. The condo was clean and very well stocked (Kitchen, bedroom and bathroom). Short waking distance to the beach and pool. Only negative, bathroom and kitchen cabinets are outdated, otherwise a 100%.

Great place to stay!!

This was our third time staying in this complex. It is very clean and we feel safe there. Between the beach, pools and shuffleboard there’s not much reason to leave!! We will definitely be back! This condo had everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen is well stocked with pots pans dishwashing detergent etc. There was even beach chairs and an umbrella and float in the closet. Thanks for a great vaca!!
