Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund  of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid.  If less then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

It was great! The house was accurately advertised. It was so nice to have 2 full bathrooms and a half bath for a family of 5. The location was why we picked this house. The management was wonderful they worked with me when my family wanted to over stay our reservations. We had a great time.

The property was in a great location and was clean and very nice. Did notice damage on the ceiling which was reported same day as check in. But definitely a very nice place and would recommend.

Great little place

We had a great time, the townhouse is close to restaurants and fun rides. Perfect for the family. Short drive to the beach makes it great.

Amazing Girls Trip

My friends and I stayed at Sunkissed Bliss for a quick girls trip and absolutely loved the location. It was within walking distance of many of the shops and local restaurants, as well as a short drive to the beach. The neighbors were kind and quiet, and the house had most everything needed for cooking and even chairs for the beach! It’s the kind of rental you can tell is well-loved and often used, but in the best way! We also really appreciated having two showers and three bathrooms. It made getting cleaned up after the beach quick and efficient! Definitely ideal for a group stay! Communication with the rental company was easy, check in was seamless, and we had absolutely no problems during our stay. We will definitely be returning in the future! We adore Chincoteague!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was clean, modern and nicely furnished. Had ample plates, silverware, pots and pans, etc., and some cooking spices. It was also nicely decorated. The only issue I had is that the rooms upstairs remained a bit warm despite the air conditioner being on. My wife checked the air filter in the A/C unit and saw it was dirty, so she replaced it and left a few extras for the next renters. It seemed to help a bit with the warmth upstairs, but not entirely. For this reason, I am giving four stars.

The home was clean, comfortable and everything we needed. A few things I would recommend is putting a window AC unit in the smaller bedroom. I would also put more darkening blinds in the main bedroom. These are just personal preferences. Again, beautiful comfortable home that we felt safe and secure in. The neighbors were also great! The home is located near everything you need, and a short 5 minute drive to the beach!

Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely week vacation in this perfectly sized condo, The upstairs did get a little stuffy on the hot days but overall nice accommodations. Lots of games and comfortable living room. Loved the little patio out back to clean your feet off, hang your towels and secure your rental bikes at night. Great location and walking distance to bike rental, shopping and restaurants.

Wonderful experience

This property was beautiful, clean and in a great location in downtown Chincoteague. The townhouse was very clean and beautifully decorated. It was perfect for my family and close to everything. My only complaints were that the electrical outlets were very loose everywhere. I couldn’t blow dry my hair without the plug falling out several times which was frustrating. Other than that, we really cannot complain. They had some games for our downtime in the home, which we used and enjoyed. There were some books that were there for those of us that wanted to chill out and read and plenty of options with the smart TV.

The house is located a short walk or bike ride to the main "attraction" area of the island. The home was clean and provided all the main amenities we were looking for. I would recommend bringing a fan for the master bedroom as it gets a bit warm upstairs at night in the peak of the summer. There was a fan in the bedroom with the twin beds which helped keep our kids comfortable. We appreciated the night lights throughout the home to make navigating in the dark at night easier and to keep the monsters under the bed away for the kids. I would definitely stay here again when visiting the island.
