It features a full kitchen with granite countertops and appliances, including a full size refrigerator, stove-top burners, a microwave, a sink, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The condo also features a washer and dryer, for convenience.

- Stays less than seven nights may be subject to a $60 housekeeping fee, due at check-in (subject to change).

- Resort fee of $22.50/per day will be charged at check-in, along with a refundable $100 security deposit for incidentals (subject to change).
