This is a breathtaking, two bedroom villa on the third floor of the Sandcastles condo complex, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The occupants will enjoy two full bedrooms that each have their own full bathroom and balconies, with unobscured views of the Atlantic Ocean and beach. A beautifully appointed kitchen, dining area and living room, sit conveniently in-between the two bedrooms. This spacious complex has three TVs with cable and WiFi, and has a fully equipped kitchen. It sits minutes away from the Omni Hotel and is walking distance to all of the plantation's shops, restaurants, Spa, bike-Segway-golf cart rentals, miniature golf, fishing and other tremendous amenities

The place was clean and they have done some upgrades since were there last year which was nice! If we have issues the property owner is usually quick to respond. As always- great walking distance to stuff, fun wild life on property, great views, plenty of dishes and easy parking. Cons: The TV is still really small for the living room. The microwave barely worked and probably needs an upgrade. An Amazon delivery guy got stuck in the elevator for over an hour so the building maintenance probably needs to upgrade stuff there. But we were on 3rd floor so we could easily take the stairs.

Fantastic spot

My wife and children (ages 9, 7, and 1) spent four nights at this property and absolutely loved it. It's right on the water with convenient access to a pool, beach, and various Omni resort offerings. We want to come back!

Great Choice for a Peaceful Vacation

We had a lovely and peaceful stay at the Sandcastles condo in Amelia Island. The property was very quiet, clean, and felt safe throughout our visit. One of the highlights was the serene balconies—perfect for morning coffee and morning dolphin watching! We also enjoyed spotting the gopher turtles roaming the grounds.The condo layout worked great for our group, especially with the double balconies that offered added privacy between rooms. The pool was clean, decent sized, and never felt overcrowded. The beachfront was a very short walk and easy to access.The nearby Omni Plantation area had a nice selection of shops and restaurants within walking or biking distance. While we’d suggest skipping the dining options at the Omni itself, we highly recommend grabbing pizza at Mellow Yellow in the Centre, and don’t miss DeNucci’s ice cream if you head into town. There's also plenty to do nearby—putt-putt, nature trails, and more. Highly recommend Huguenot Memorial Park/Beach about 10 minutes south. It's beautiful and at low tide there are sandbars as far as the eye can see. This was our favorite swimming spot.Our only suggestion would be for the owners to update a few of the kitchen amenities—there was no proper knife for cutting watermelon, and the blender base was there but missing the pitcher.Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely consider staying here again!

Everything was exactly as described. Loved having 2 beds in each room. It was also nice that there were beach chairs and boogie boards there for us to use. The best part is being beachfront! We would definitely love to visit again.

Great Vacay Spot

This property is the perfect. The two room and shared living and kitchen space is the ideal set up and location for two families or one large family The kitchen is well stocked with essentials, the beach is close and easily accessible, and the pool is an added bonus.

Great Condo overall

This is the 5th time we have stayed at a villa at Sandcastles. We always enjoy the location and the layout of the condos; however, this time the condo was only partially clean, not "sparkling" clean as usual. The information for the wifi was difficult to read and the cable box in the main room shut down multiple times a day. While it was a great trip it did have some challenges we have not encountered before. But I would still recommend it to others, assuming these issues were just flukes and not the norm.

A lovely stay as always

This is the second time we have stayed at this particular unit and our 5th time staying on the Omni property. This building is our favorite because it’s walking distance to all the restaurants on property. Pros of this unit: The view! Amazing views and you can see dolphins swimming! The convenience of proximity The pool Linens are nice Kitchen is stocked Cons of this unit: Couch needs a good cleaning Fridge door gets Stuck so comes open easy Microwave feels like it might fall out soon Tv is too small for this unit We would for sure stay again!!

Nice but well used

Cleanliness was subpar. Condition of furniture, walls, doors, etc were not in the best condition. Just felt very worn in/used. Loved having a code to get in. Views are spectacular. HVAC system worked well.

Relaxing Educator Trip

School got out and 5 educators wanted a low key trip to unwind. This place gave us exactly that! Great location, the beach was beautiful, and the resort was so nice! The condo was perfect for us!

We enjoyed this unit. Lots of space. Liked that the shared space separated the two bedrooms. We walked to restaurants. Awesome view of beach. The pool was nice and clean. Would stay again.

Sunning at Sand Castle

We had the best stay here. The kitchen and the bathrooms were well furnished. The bedrooms were cozy, and enjoying the view of the ocean from the balconies was therapeutic. We will definitely be back!

Gepflegte Wohnung in einem Resort

Die Wohnung war großzügig und gepflegt. Beide Balkone hatten direkten Blick aufs Meer. Sehr bequem ist der Aufzug in dem Gebäude. Über einen Holzsteg kann man einfach den weitläufigen Strand erreichen . Auffallend an der Wohnung waren nur die 4 verschiedenen Eingangstüren ( bitte sicher stellen, dass die Batterien erneuert werden). Die Gesamtanlage ist wunderschön mit Fahrrad-Fußwegen von dichtem Baumbewuchs bewachsen. Restaurants/Shops sind mit Rad oder zu Fuß erreichbar. Lebensmittelladen ist mit Auto in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben die gesamte Insel nach Süden und Norden mit Rädern auf schönen Wegen erkundet. Wir mussten keinen Kontakt zur Agentur aufnehmen.

Another great visit to Amelia Island

Great property! Great location? Main entrance keypad problematic in operation. Often times had to use other 2 entrances. Otherwise the accommodations were fantastic!.
