CHERYL’S SEA SHED III- 2/2 at Beachwood Villas,a tropical sanctuary in the Plantation of Amelia Island. You can sit out on the balcony with a glass of wine, walk to the units private pool, golf courses, walking paths, spend the day at the beach or fish in the pond behind the property. You have access to the Omni restaurants and enjoy their golf courses. You are also a short distance to local shops and restaurants.Island retreat.

Great condo and location!

Wonderful property and Cheryl is a great host. Communication was very quick and the condo had everything we needed. We brought our 2 dogs and we all enjoyed the beach so close by. It was great having beach chairs an umbrella and wagon to use as well. Highly recommend this property!

Birthday Celebration

We stayed at Cheryl’s Sea Shed to celebrate my husband’s 55th birthday. I was looking for a peaceful beach experience and that’s exactly what we found in this rental. The condo was quiet, well appointed and so close to the beach. The grounds at the Omni Resort are very tropical, with large canopy trees providing shaded walking trails. Check in and out was easy and seamless and the owner did reach out regarding important information regarding the condo just to make us aware, but was not overbearing or intrusive of our time at all. We ate at several of the restaurants associated with the resort and didn’t need to go far to find delicious meal options.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay and felt it was perfect for our family. The condo was beautifully decorated and outfitted with everything we could need. The kitchen was well equipped, laundry room had a nice sized washer and dryer, and there were plenty of beach supplies. We brought our pet and loved that the unit had a little back patio area for him to sit outside.Beach access was right across the walkway and there was plenty to do in the local area. Loved our experience and would definitely visit again.

Wonderful stay!

Wonderful location and we loved that it’s pet friendly. We enjoyed the walking trails and being so close to the beach. Cheryl was incredibly responsive.

Fantastic Amelia Island Stay

Such a wonderful beach condo! Beautifully decorated, close to the beach (it’s a short walk from the parking lot) and equipped with everything you could ever need! (The kitchen is especially well equipped and there is even a “beach closet” with chairs, a beach wagon, etc.) The patio access off the living room was especially great since we had our dog with us. It’s private and quiet and made early morning/late night bathroom trips super easy. (Just make sure to pick up after your pup to keep it nice for everyone else!) If you’re looking for a place to stay on Amelia Island, look no further. Cheryl’s place is perfect!

Very Beachy

We really enjoyed our stay. Love the beach decor. Everything was very comfortable. The trails are great for walking and biking and are right outside the door. It’s a pleasant walk to the hotel and shops for dinner and drinks. Yes the beach is just a walk across the street for a beautiful sunrise. We will be back next year!

Great Omni condo

This is a very clean, well appointed unit within the Omni resort. Parking is very easy outside the unit, and the beach is very close. Good sized bedrooms and nice finishes, and nearby walking trails. Our weather wasn’t great, but there is a lot to explore within Omni and Amelia.

Fabulous Fall Escape

This condo is located within the Omni Resort at Amelia. The property is beautiful and we utilized the bike/walking trails daily. As well this condo is very close to the beach - 5 min. from our door to the ocean- so we enjoyed hitting the beach each day. The owner was exceptional communicating with us for any and all of our needs. I can’t thank her enough; for this is the exception from our experience with other stays. The condo was bright, clean, decorated with cute beach decor and had everything we could need. We were delighted to find four beach chairs, an umbrella and a sturdy wagon made just for the beach. That was a saving grace hauling all back and forth! We hope to return soon.

Great Stay!

This was a first trip to the Omni Resort-The canopy of trees and tropical foliage that this property is nestled into is impressive. Quick access to the beach. Perfect placement in amongst the pedestrian paths. Great place to take your family. The condo was perfect. It was perfectly staged, clean, and inviting. There was so much thought into putting it together. Even a nice pet bowl set for our pooch, a closet full of beach equipment, plenty of everything! Our host was so helpful - guiding us to the property and explaining the steps for check in, which was easy and seamless. We will definitely be going back!
