Esta encantadora casa dúplex frente al mar (2 camas King, 3 Queen, 2 Twins) está ubicada en Holden Beach West, una comunidad cerrada en el extremo oeste privado de la isla, ¡pero lo conocerás simplemente como Eden! Increíbles vistas del océano y la isla desde los porches o cubiertas! Vivir tiene ventanas de dos pisos con impresionantes vistas!

Excellent house with great beach access and views. Plenty of parking if needed. Very open and plenty of room for everyone. Colton is an awesome host and very responsive to questions and imformative about the area. We had a wonderful multi family vacation with lots of memories

The house fits our needs and proximity to the beach is great! Colton is very responsive with any issues that arise. We plan on staying again next year.

This property has everything. It has an amazing view from all windows. We felt like we had the beach to ourselves. We had a turtle nest outside of our walkway. It was fun to watch. We played on the beach, our family really enjoyed sitting on the decks in the mornings and late evenings. The sunrise and sunset is beautiful from the house.

Lovely beach house with Amazing view!

We stayed here with 8 adults and three kids, and were very comfortable. The location is unbeatable and the large two-story windows offer an amazing view of the ocean! Colton the host was highly responsive, replying to a minor issue (a twin set of sheets vs queen) within 15 minutes, and new sheets were delivered within an hour. The kitchen has all the amenities you need, and the living room furniture is comfy.

Great House/Location

Great property and location. I appreciated the detailed information sent prior to my trip by the owner and the communication throughout my stay. The house has great views of the ocean from almost every room and is a great place to stay if you’re looking for a less crowded beach. As an added bonus we saw several sea turtle nests within a couple hundred feet from the houses beach access.

Great house!

Location is great. Love being on beach and in a private community. House was clean and well cared for. There was plenty of space for the whole family. It rained most of the time we were there, but the living room is so large and open we didn’t feel cramped.

First Three Generational Vacation

We had an amazing week blending three generations for the very first time. The house fit everyone’s needs and was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the huge living area that is open to the kitchen. Colton was very attentive and provided so much information in regard to the house and activities in the area. The week was fabulous.

Holden Beach…the best!

We had a wonderful week at Holden Beach. Colton’s house was as described in the listing. We loved the large main room for hanging out and playing games. And the view through the large windows in that room…beautiful! We had plenty of room for everyone and the couch was so comfy. Colton was very responsive to an issue that came up while we were there making sure things were handled as quick as possible.

family week

I booked this property for my husband, our 2 children, and their 5 children. The property was great. Very clean. Direct access to beach which was wonderful particularly with the grandkids. The openness of the living area was great for the family. Owner was very nice and responded very quickly to my questions. I would definitely recommend this property and would rent this property again.

Great Vacation

My family rented this property for the week. There are 6 of us with kids ranging from 7 - 14. The house was large enough for everyone to have their own space and the view/beach were wonderful. I love that it's not crowded and we can just enjoy our time. We locked ourselves out once and the owner was prompt on answering the phone and helping us with the situation. 5 out of 5 stars! We'll most likely be back!

Great stay in Holden Beach!

We had such a fabulous week. The house is on a lovely wide beach that was relatively quiet. The gated community helped keep crowds away from the beach, even when other Holden beaches were pretty packed. My three kids loved the surf, and I was able to take a long walk on the sand every morning. The house itself was really great as well. Plenty of space, and the windows in the living room provided the perfect view. The couches were incredibly comfortable, which is a minor thing that we ended up really appreciating. There are three big porches (two overlooking the ocean and one overlooking the sound), and they all got plenty of use. A few minor drawbacks: 1. The location is pretty remote. Holden Beach definitely doesn't have the restaurants or shops of other beach areas and the commercial strip leading to the island was pretty rundown, so just go expecting to spend most of your time on the beach. 2. The bathrooms and kitchen at the house could use updating. They were all totally functional, but also a bit dated. The drawers in the bathrooms and kitchen came all the way out, which made me nervous that my youngest kid would end up pulling a drawer onto his foot. It never happened, but it did worry me. These are minor issues -- we had a fabulous week!

Great week at Holden Beach

Our family had a wonderful time at this house in Holden Beach. The house itself was excellent, Colton was terrific to work with, and the beachfront location was amazing. Highly recommended.

Family friendly home

Amazing first impression upon entry! Gorgeous view from floor to ceiling windows in living room. This home was extremely clean, which we really appreciated. The bedrooms were all nice sized. Plenty of parking space underneath house. We loved sitting on the many decks, but it’s an issue certain times of day with lack of shade or when it rains. This house is a duplex and the beachside deck is open to the other side. Wasn’t a problem for us because no one was there. This gated community is quiet and the beach is not crowded. We spread out with no problem. The kitchen had everything we needed and the large dining table fit us nicely. Colton was very responsive to my questions and made our vacation really enjoyable! You can’t go wrong with this one!

Great place!

This house is in a wonderful location with very little traffic on the West end of the island. I highly recommend it to anyone who's family size is around 10 people. Great family beach!

Perfect place

This was our 2nd year staying at this property! Great quiet location! Family room and kitchen are spacious. Great sunsets! Love the outdoor shower!

Wonderful trip

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving week at this location…. It was our first time to Holden Beach and we loved it … very family oriented…. The house was fantastic, very beautiful and well equipped with whatever you needed the owner was very informative sending an email of things to do and things to bring …… I was very pleased Will diffently visit again …… thank you

Great views, excellent host and a well maintained and comfortable home in a beautiful location.

Colton was a wonderful host, with great communication and helpful information about Holden, grocery shopping and entertainment / recreation options. The house is well maintained, roomy, and well equipped with games and cookware. It's very comfortable and had fast internet and good technology. The host provided bedding, which was a nice surprise compared to some Holden rentals. Great ocean and marsh views from several of the bedrooms, and a truly horizon to horizon ocean and dune view from the living room and kitchen. There is a grill and outdoor shower to rinse after the beach. The houses past the gate are spread further apart and have better privacy, and the beach is very wide and absolutely beautiful at this end of the island.

Great stay great host

Colton is the best host. Gives you good information prior to your trip ie; what to bring where to go etc. When I had a question he always answered quickly, and kindly. The home was set in a beautiful community. The beach was wonderful. No crowds here. The house had plenty of comfortable seating in the living room kitchen and dinning. Something you dont always have in a larger home. parking was easy. We will definatly be back. Thank you Colton for everything

Eden paradise

We couldn't be more happy with our experience at Eden West! We were surprised that we had an expansive view of the dunes and ocean from our deck and living room--especially from the upstairs landing. The kitchen was well-appointed and easy to negotiate with a large group. I think we used every jigsaw puzzle on the shelf during the two rainy days. The king and queen beds were very comfortable; the twin beds a little less so. We enthusiastically recommend this property and plan to come again soon!

Wonderful family vacation

The house with the ocean views and the ocean / beach are wonderful. The host is absolutely the best. We have traveled East Coast beaches using rental homes for decades and he is absolutely the most responsive ever. It’s a wonderful place to relax and recharge with your family. We had infants, toddlers and teens in the 4 families and all were happy!
