New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

A boardwalk stroll across the dunes is all that separates you from the sea at this beautiful Holden Beach house. Fully outfitted for comfort, the home has been recently upgraded with all-new decor and furnishings. The fully enclosed backyard provides your own private slice of paradise complete with an entertainment deck. There's even a large, private outdoor shower for rinsing-off sand and saltwater. The covered front porch looks out directly over your private beach boardwalk, and you can even see the twinkle of the ocean out on the horizon. Located on the island's West End, this family-friendly retreat offers a quiet getaway for those looking to immerse themselves in the beauty of Coastal Carolina.

Inside, relax in the light-filled living area while streaming shows and movies on the 65-inch smart TV. The stainless steel kitchen comes ready and equipped to handle family-style meal prep with ease. Kitchen extras include an Air Fryer, Keurig/Coffee Maker Combo, Ice Machine, Flat Grill, and a Stand Mixer. Free WiFi keeps you as connected as you want to be. Home essentials include central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer.

Beautiful Place on Holden Beach

Having a clean, pet friendly place, steps to the beach made for a wonderful week - The fenced in yard was great for late night outs for the pooch. Location at the end of the road was a pleasant surprise as the car and foot traffic was light. Overall, a fabulous place to stay and we will be back.

Located across the street on Ocean Blvd, this home is family and pet friendly. I personally enjoy sitting out on the deck listening to the waves. Since this house is located on the west end, very little traffic. Our family has now stayed here twice. Highly recommend

Great pet friendly home

This is our tenth year vacationing at Holden and first year we decided to bring our pets. We were glad to find this house that was accommodating for dogs not restricted to 50lbs or less. Would recommend to anyone that likes to bring their dogs. The house was clean upon arrival and you would never know it was a dog friendly house by looks or smell. Great amenities, very comfortable for two families and great access to the beach.

Close to beach access

The best thing about this house is the private beach access directly across the street. The home also has a very nice kitchen. The beds are all comfortable. It can be a little tight. We traveled with five adults and four children, and I think a smaller group would be more appropriate for the house. However, the same group of us stayed at this house two years ago and it was nice enough for us to stay again.

Great winter getaway.

My adult children, our dogs and I rented for my birthday getaway. The house was immaculate when we arrived. The layout is perfect and the couch is so comfy. The beach is literally steps away and the neighborhood is so quiet with few cars coming by. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our 2 dogs and they loved the big porches. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Hope to be back again.

The house was great! Everything has been updated. The kitchen is fully stocked with amazing appliances. The bed that we slept in was so comfy! And with the house being second row couldn’t be any better bc a private access for the house and some other houses close by is right in front of the house.

Quiet. Peaceful. Walkway across the street to the beach. The front porch was lovely. They have everything you need inside the house. The fenced in area out back was so convenient for our furry friend. You will not be disappointed in this rental. We shall return in the future!
