Estero Cove Unit 133 is located on the third floor of Building 1, conveniently located to the swimming pool and just across the street from the beach. Take a stroll across the widest part of the shell strewn beaches or enjoy the on-site activities. Play a game of tennis, sunbathe pool side or strike up a conversation at the BBQ area. There are plenty of areas for fishing on the bay side. Inside the condo there is a gulf view through the glass sliders in the living room.
Estero Cove is a two-minute walk to the beautiful white sandy beach and sits on a 40-acre mangrove preserve with a nature trail, private fishing piers and gazebo on the bay - it is a birder's and fisherman's delight. Amenities include a pool, tennis, bocce ball, shuffleboard, and barbeque and picnic areas. This well-maintained community is just minutes to restaurants, shops, a trolley stop, public golf course, full-service marina, pharmacy, and library. There is a CVS drug store adjacent to the complex and Santini Marina Plaza next door featuring numerous restaurants, shops, a hardware store, and boating marina. In the winter months, there is a farmer's market twice a week on the parking lot of the plaza. Estero Cove is located on the quieter and less heavily trafficked end of the Island and is two miles from Lover's Key State Park. There is a bike/running track the length of the island and over the bridge to Lover's Key.
There is a 30-day minimum stay, except for February, it would be a 28 or 29 day stay. No partial months, full months only, first day of the month to the last day of the month.
There will be an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap, enough to get you started on your stay.
